I placed a big order from them 1 month and 10 days ago.... and still have not received the items.. i keep following up and in reply they always say be patient..now not even bothering to reply..

Fraud fraud frauds.. all the 5 star reviews have been falsely made by bots too, notice they r all only one review.
Now 2 months later still waiting for my order. I just noticed, all of their 5 star reviews were around May - July 2023, they obviously paid to have them for that period which proves even more that they r falsely made.

Don't bother, product not worth it!
I received the mini device , with 2 serums, 1 of the serums was empty so I contacted customer service. I was promised a replacement product and almost 3 months later I still have not received it. I keep on getting lied to. Honestly, don't waste your money, product doesn't work and the customer service is horrible. I will never buy another product from this company and I will tell all of my family and friends not to buy from this company.

I have one of these beauty appliances. Have loved it however I have had to order a new attachment as the original fell apart.
Here I am 3 months after paying for it and just get no resolution. I have asked for a refund but no response. Replies from bots.
There are companies that offer better service. Use those .

Being recommended
I saw their products being recommended in our local magazines that is quite big in terms of readers and many people swore by it so I decided to go ahead and test it out. Turns out that that were correct.. It did help a lot! I'd give it 9/10 for sure.

This company is a scam!
I bought a device in Sept 2021 after following up for months, being told "its on its way", they stopped replying to me. I asked for a refund several times and the rep denied me and said that they would send the device asap. They then stopped replying to me. I tried messenger, twitter, emails. No response. They stole 200 USD from me.
I left a review on here to warn people as it seems they are buying positive reviews. There were so many other "scam"experience reviews like mine which have now been pushed to the bottom.
I received a reply from apparently their "ceo" Angelo, apologising and asking me to email him. I emailed him a month ago and guess what/m- nothing.
Do not risk losing your money.
