These shoes are good but to be even better they could have a slightly thicker inner sole.

I purchased shoes online several weeks ago but decided they weren't for me. I was able to return them easily and received a refund immediately without any fuss. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a pair of sandals online with a great discount and collected them the next day. They're terrific, just what I wanted and fit perfectly! I had chosen what I wanted from the website and went to the store to buy tgem. No correct size there so she looked in the storeroom, none there either and immediately Said ' I'll put in an online order for you and it will be here in 3 days'. Another occasion, my disabled sister could not find a shoe wide enough to get her damaged leg into. She thought of alternative styles and found a unisex. Shoe which was perfect.

Couldn't find what I was looking for however a lovely Lady helped but couldn't locate.
I knew the brand I was looking for so searched through till I found these Jenner Viper. Great fit .Like the colour.

The company provided a great sneaker for me to wear. The Skechers Edgeride Powerflow Women's Trainers I bought are so comfy. As I am on my feet all day I needed a good sneaker. I feel like I am walking on a cloud. I love the look and fit. Staff are always helpful and the store is clean and tidy. Products are always easy to find. Thank you again for another great shop.

This is the second time I have been into the Rotorua store and both times I have had great service from the lovely staff. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Staff are friendly and helpful, they don't hover over you when you are still looking at options, they were more than happy to get different sizs and made good suggestions.

Walked in just 10 minutes before store closing, and shop assistant was very helpful in locating the shoes I was after and letting me try them on and then made my purchase without any regard to closing time!
