Hospitality at Newcastle v Tottenham game🙈
We stayed in Newcastle for 11 days, travelling from Spain! We booked club hospitality for the Newcastle v Tottenham game, priced at £566.00 each. This included 3 course meal prior to the game, cheese board at half time and a snack after the game. We were given a match day programme, a special pin and a talk by a Newcastle legend.
Drinks were NOT included and I have no idea who the legend was!
We were then shown to our directors box seating, which was outside on a bitterly cold night!!
When I have done hospitality at other club, box seating means inside!
At no point were we made aware of outside seating on the booking confirmation!
I was chilled to the bone! Went down with a bad cold and has since turned to a serious upper tract infection, resulting in me having to get an emergency doctor out when I arrived home in Spain! Lots of medication.
If it was made clear in the paperwork it was outside seating, I could have dressed warmer.
Sorry to say the evening was a rememberable on for the wrong reason.

Evri let me down. NUFC solved it for me.
These guys are incredible help. Ordered the 3rd shirt. Evri were the couriers and they did nothing but lie for 48 hours about my status. After what felt like a thousand attempts at speaking to someone at Evri, I decided to contact Newcastle and they got my issue sorted within 70 minutes which was amazing. Shirt was at my door. I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of the help I received by a great fella named Alex. So thank you Alex mate and have a great weekend. #COYM #HWTL
Awful cup final shirt turns up late unprinted?
Awful ordered a cup final jersey three weeks ago and was sent the home jersey with no cup final detail on it. Alex said he would send me a replacement but he already knew the shirt was sold out?. He issued a refund but this was a bad experience.

I’ve ordered hundreds of pounds worth of kit and clothing from the online club shop in the past but have noticed that the service is getting worse and worse. I recently chased up an order that was late (placed before the cup final). They kept sending me holding replies saying it would be dispatched soon blah blah blah. Another week went by with no dispatch so I asked to cancel the order, but they then cancelled the wrong order. When I raised this they sent me an invoice for the incorrectly cancelled order saying it was reinstated, which makes me think I’ll end up paying twice for the order as it’s not been refunded yet. They also said they couldn’t cancel the order I wanted cancelling in the first place even though it’s not dispatched, plus they’ve gone quiet again when I’ve asked when they’re sending it. They’re absolutely useless.

I strongly recommend against anyone thinking of purchasing these shirts they are cheap and nasty and very expensive

Back from a tour of St. James park with guides Lisa and Keith, Lisa being the “leader”. If you haven’t done it we highly recommend it. If you’re a Newcastle fan or not it’s an experience you will both appreciate and never forget.

I ordered my son a training top but on closer inspection it arrived with a hole in it. Customer services couldn’t have been more helpful. A few emails back and fourth along with the top being sent off and in the meantime, a new top on its way. The staff have been friendly and very helpful and I don’t think I would buy any nufc merchandise from anywhere else. (Jd etc etc) absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thanks so much nufc!

Had a wonderful experience at NUFC tour with my family of 10 for my husbands 70th birthday Lawis and Mick our tour guides were fantastic they were full of knowledge Lawis made our experience fun, knowledgeable and made everyone feel welcome, Mick made us feel very special it was well worth the money thanks Lawis and Mick

Did the stadium tour as a gift, was not disappointed tour guides for the day were Lucy and Des, very knowledgeable and entertaining, got to see the exec boxes, platinum club seating (sat in sir Bobby's chair) saw the changing rooms and even did the walk down the tunnel to the sound of local hero playing, before standing pitch side at the dugout and ending at the media room would recommend

The NUFC box office is an absolute joke. Been on wait for 2hrs 45mins and no answer, can't renew season tickets online as it just says processing and then nothing hence the need to talk to someone at the box office, got to 1st place in the queue and then nothing for an hour and a half which means no one answering the calls . Sort this out NUFC it is not acceptable.
Give me the "F"ing REFUND now!
I ordered a personalisation item that hasn't been completed, and they won't refund me. I've sent several emails, but they haven't replied. I don't know if this is intentional... Is it really that difficult to refund me a few pounds? Are the staff all on holiday these days? I'm really frustrated; I've been eagerly waiting for a response, but unfortunately, I haven't received the reply or refund I hoped for. Because of this, I've been losing sleep and my health has deteriorated. This after-sales service has diminished my enthusiasm for NUFC. In short, I'm quite upset. If they don't refund me promptly, I'll continue to leave negative reviews. This is irresponsible and has eroded the trust of overseas customers in this store!!!

I placed an order in mid-December 2023 for a Christmas gift. It is mid-February and I have not received the item, nor received my money back. Communication is definitely lacking in the Customer Service department. Update:In February 2024 received money back.
