Title: Excellent Mortgage Support from Start to Finish

I had a very positive experience with Nua Money and the Doddl team throughout my mortgage application. The process was made much easier with their help, and the team were always available to answer my questions and guide me through each step.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

I am very happy that my mortgage has now been successfully funded, and I really appreciate all the work the team put in to help me get to this stage.

We were recommended Nua by our broker when we were applying for a mortgage for our first home! We could not be happier with choosing Nua. The whole process was super easy, and straight forward. All our details where in one place, all documents had to just be uploaded to our profiles, no printing or sending physical copies around the place. Super easy and straight forward user experience on the Nua portal. Everything was carried out with efficiency and professionalism. When any questions or came up everything was answered and sorted out without a problem. We would definitely recommend Nua to others!

My experience with Nua Money is great.
But I notice this, you have a lot of automated things, make things faster, yes, but are reports than you don't read until told you to do and the automated sometimes need the human understanding

My application process was quick. Nua respond very quickly to everything. There portal is nice ans easy to use. Nua offered me the most money. Overall, excellent.

I must start by saying that I found out about NUA through a broker. I am married but due to my wife being older than myself I wanted to finance my first mortgage by myself. The banks were not helpful at all.
NUA have been fantastic from the beginning. Then from the application form I filled in to my approval and signing the contract was all within 10 working days. Once I got details to login to the portal loading all my documents was seamless, I used the video help and the chat a few times to clear up a few queries but as a whole it was very user friendly. The most convenient part was everything that needed signing was done through Docusign.
Ive recommended NUA to a handful of people and will carry on doing so.
