Very straight forward application process and system.

Brilliant Portal - Excellent Push back on any issues - clear concise communication that supported my broker and solicitor - Its very easy portal that allows a lot of information gathering to support my application . I also like the way older people are looked after , I am 54 bit of old school but found it very user friendly and also the fact that my age wasn't a issue as it had been with other banks .

Decisions were made quickly and drawdown was very quick. The portal was a little challenging and it was a lilttle frustrating not being able to talk to somebody sometimes. That may be my age, I like to talk to a human. Unfortunately, the only humans we did have contact with were the people who came out to value the house, they were so unbelievably rude and by the time they left I was so upset. To sum up, fast process, customer service lacking.
