Twelve months ago we bought a property in Brittany with a detached annexe, whilst on the surface the plumbing and bathroom in the annexe appeared fine, it was in a very poor state, leaking toilet and shower, we needed help and Ian Turner was recommended to us, he arrived very promptly and straight away identified all problems, his approach was very friendly and his knowledge is superb! We accepted his quote and he gave us a start date to which he adhered to, we purchased the tiles, shower, toilet and washbasin ourselves and very quickly the bathroom was transformed! We were in the UK when the work was being done but Ian sent photographs at every stage, but in reality the bathroom was much better than the photographs! First class workmanship and excellent finish.
Ian also laid a wooden floor for us upstairs in the annexe and again excellent workmanship and great finish!
We will not hesitate to ask Ian for all future works that we will require in the main house.

Ian has done a great job for us fixing our kitchen ceiling at a great price. He was very professional and punctual and I would be happy to use him again and to recommend to friends

Ian a réalisé plusieurs travaux pour moi début et fin 2023. Il s'agit notamment de la création complète d'une salle de bain dans une chambre à l'étage, de la rénovation complète d'une cuisine, littéralement du sol au plafond. Placoplâtre, électricité, plomberie, carrelage et tant d'autres travaux trop nombreux pour être inclus ici. Il est revenu plus tard dans l'année pour rénover une 2e salle de bain en bas. Son niveau de travail est fantastique, il s'en tient au devis, explique ce qu'il fait, donne des options. Je le recommande vivement.

Ian did several jobs for me in early and again end of 2023. these notably included the entire creation of a bathroom in an upstairs bedroom, complete renovation of a kitchen, literally from floor to ceiling. plasterboarding, electrics, plumbing, tiling and so many other jobs too numerous to include here. He returned later in the year to renovate a 2nd bathroom downstairs. His work standard is fantastic, he sticks to the devis, explains what he’s doing, gives options. I highly recommend him.
