I got express shipping and I really appreciated how fast the order was processed and then arrived to me the next day.
I know you pay extra for express shipping, but lots of companies will express ship something after taking like 3-5 days to actually process the order before they ship it. It was amazing how fast I got all of my goodies. I also appreciate how the builder gel has HEMA free options and I’ve found it to be really great to use so far.

Amazing product
I have tried many products in the past and they all passed off as Salon quality but have never lived up to it.
First time buying from NSI and their product is amazing!! So good that I went back and bought more colors even though the initial application a week ago is still holding on strong ( this never happens when I do it myself)

Dip system liquids were the best we have ever used compared to previous brands I have brought, the nails have not all fallen off as with glam@dip which leaves you upset after spending hours applying nails only for them to fall off 24 hours later.

Nippers rusted after using Sani-soak as…
Nippers rusted after using Sani-soak as per the instructions these rusted within one sanitisation process. Very disappointing. The blade also bent at the top and this rendered them blunt and not fit for purpose (professional use). They were sharp when received and I was very satisfied with their usage prior to bent blade and rust. I only used them for cutting cuticles.
I also had to email nsi about a damaged item I received and never heard back. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Hi, you must make sure to only use Nail Cuticle Nippers for cutting cuticles, you can not use them to cut tips and other things otherwise you will bend them and break the stainless protection which will then lead to rusting when your soaking them.
