sent my carbs to be refurbed (VFR NC30) back in June 2025 , first few weeks was getting updates last 8 months nothing , no reply to emails and doesn`t answer phone calls. Absolute joke. Think I'll have to drop in person as it Looks like it will be the only way I'll get any answers and retrieve my carbs

The service I experienced from NRP is excellent. I’m more than happy with the ‘discontinued’ parts I received, they are either original or even better, so I’m impressed and even more so with the prompt delivery. I ordered online Sunday 5th October, order was acknowledged on Monday 6th and parcel was scheduled to arrive before 5pm on Tuesday 7th, however it didn’t arrive until 10am on Wednesday, ParcelForce delay. I’d recommend NRP to anyone.

It's a real shame regarding the reviews on this business. Personally I think that they have great potential in what they do. It's quite specialised to refit classic carburettor diaphragms and I'd say there's business opportunity from overseas if only they would reply to customers
AVOID!! Unable to get any response via phone or email, returned around £130 worth of stock to them and have had no refund or response.
Fast shipping and great quality, will continue my business with these guys until I can’t ride anymore. I checked out the other reviews and was skeptical initially, but I realized that this is a small business with maybe a handful of people running it. Be patient and realize this is a specialty shop, things will take a little time. Hell I’m glad I was even able to find a place that supplies parts for my fzx700. Highly recommend them.
I paid these an extra £5.30 for next day signed for delivery of some parts. Still not received them 3 days later, they don’t respond to emails so I called them. First the guy did not know if my order had been posted, then he didn’t know when it had been posted, then didn’t know when it might arrive. When I pointed out I paid extra so it arrived before I went away he said they’ll just put it through the letterbox.
So why did I pay extra for next day signed for when they deliver someday and don’t need a signature???
The bloke had no idea what he was doing and didn’t bother trying to explain or apologise.
This is the first and last order I make with this lot. I’m glad I paid by PayPal as I’m not convinced my item will arrive, or has even been posted.
A ton of unnecessary problems is what this is, very unprofessional. Extremely hard to contact, sends items without notification and does not provide tracking. Sends wrong product.11 days passed for wrong products. Marks everywhere MC19 but sends MC22 bowl gaskets. Something that was needed urgently and should have been easy with diligent people turns into a nightmare. My friend is helping me get this and he does not have time to deal with BS when his wife is expecting and delivering anytime now. BE PROFESSIONAL OR DON'T WORK!!!
I have used NRP for years for motorcycle carbs and taps,etc..., vast selection of all things carburettor, especially diaphrams and not just motorcycles..NRP stuffs the same or better quality than oe stuff so thats never an issue, and cheaper too, saved over £80 on my last order compared to oe...if its not listed ,give em a ring,they may be able to sort you...10/10
