We had a great experience working with NRG Clean Power to install a solar system for a new construction home. Andrew Cohen is highly knowledgeable and patient. Andrew took the time to explain the different options, costs, and what design would work best for our situation. We received quotes from 4 other solar companies. Andrew offered the latest equipment for the best price and could start before everyone else. Once we were on contract, Aracely Lopez was amazingly responsive and competent and went above and beyond to execute this project. Aracely worked with us to complete the project around the new construction issues and constraints. Because of Andrew and Aracely's efforts, we have the highest quality solar system for our new home, installed quickly and professionally for the best price. We will be using NRG Clean Power again to install batteries. Thank you, Andrew and Aracely!

We reviewed three solar companies and NRG was clearly the best. They were also the lowest in price but this was definitely not reflective on the quality, the amount of coordination and communication throughout the process explaining all the details of each step. We really appreciated the amount of coordination that Aracely Lopez provided as well as Carlos for his communication and Brian and his installation team who was very professional, prompt, and attention to detail. We were very satisfied with NRG and would recommend them to all our family and friends.

After looking at various options, we decided to go with NRG Power for our new solar panel + battery system (26 410W panels, 3 Enphase 5P batteries). Our initial consultation was scheduled with Sabrina Steinman and she was very friendly and helpful and responsive. Our project was managed by Matthew Lamel, and he was great- he called back ASAP when we had questions and took care of things. Every step along the way was handled professionally. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and will recommend NRG Clean Power to anyone that we know that is considering getting a system installed.

We had the pleasure of working with Priscilla as our installation coordinator, and we couldn't be more impressed with her service. Priscilla exhibited exceptional patience and professionalism while dealing with various family members, each with their own set of demands and repetitive inquiries. She handled everything with grace and a smile, ensuring that all our concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Priscilla's ability to navigate through our family's diverse needs and expectations was truly commendable. Her communication skills and attention to detail made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. We felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire experience.

Additionally, Joseph proved to be an outstanding engineer. While we initially made our own estimates on where to place the panels, Joseph's guidance and precise calculations were invaluable. In hindsight, we wish we had followed his suggestions from the start, as it would have saved us a significant amount of time. Remarkably, Joseph was able to fit more panels on our roof than any other competitor. For example, Tesla declined to do our roof, stating they couldn't fit enough panels, but Joseph successfully maximized the space.

Im happy to say that my experience with NRG was great. I used another solar company on my old home but they were difficult to work with and didn't keep me informed. Matt at NRG was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way and the panels look great!

Shopping for solar is really tiresome since the competition in California is so fierce. I was happy that NRG gave me a great price along with excellent service. I would like to give a special thanks to my coordinator Gabriel who made the process smooth and comfortable. Excited to see the solar affect my utility bill thank you NRG!

It’s not often that we have a great experience with a service company these days. However NRG was a breath of fresh air for us. We purchased a new roof, solar panels and a battery system. They beat out all of their competitors and gave us what I researched to be the best equipment.

Their process was very organized and efficient. We had a contact person throughout each stage of the project and it seemed like everyone knew exactly what they were doing.

We got the roof installed within 2 weeks and had the rest of the project completed within about 60 days. Much of that time was spent waiting on the city to approve the plans and then sign off on the final inspection.

Our roof looks great and the solar panels are cranking! We have yet to have a power outage so not sure how the battery runs yet but I can see it in my app and it’s fully charged!

Would recommend NRG highly if you are in the market for any of the above mentioned!
