NP Works Ltd  Omdömen

Nil fixed a leak under our freestanding bath tub. They quickly removed the tub and found the problem and were excellent at communicating updates during the process so we knew what was going on. Would highly reccomend for all plumbing work!

Nil and his team transformed my one bedroom flat and courtyard garden in just a week, with a strong focus on the preparation work resulting in the best quality paint finishes. Other work undertaken with excellent results was wallpapering a tricky wall, electrical work, sorting out a roof and drain, hanging decor items and more. Their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent and they left my flat clean with zero breakages.

I cannot recommend Nilz enough. He took my phone call and gave me a rough idea of what was most likely the issue. He was quick to come round to help me with my boiler issue. He provided me with the different options and pros and cons. He worked quickly and efficiently. Will be using him again!

Great customer service, speedy, efficient & informative, with a clear detailed breakdown of the issue for future reference. Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks!

The boiler broke down which meant that my Grandma had no central
Heating or hot water. I called Neil and he fitted us in on the same day to take a look. He assessed the issue and came back the next morning with the parts and completed the job. He took photos of the parts that needed to be repaired and gave us really good advice. He took care a lot is care.

We have been using Nil for years and he has fixed all sort of plumbing issues from blocked pipes to boiler installation for us, highly recommend!

I had my boiler replaced by NP Works. Nil & his team were very professional and informative. They kept us updated every step of the way with what was happening and completed everything quickly and to a high standard. There was even an incident where a strong gust of wind caused our front door to slam shut, shattering the glass pane on the door and even though he didn't have to, Nil called a glass company he knew to help get us a quote for the repair. Nil went above & beyond and we were so happy to have the heating & hot water back in the house!

Very responsive, helpful and did a great job and explain what they are doing. Would recommend

We had a serious issue with our drain pipe from our shower, this resulted in water going down the plug hole to then being pressured back out of the plug hole at random moments, and over flowing our shower. Nilesh and his team were brilliant, efficient in both arriving promptly and solving the matter. Having used his services for maintenance jobs before, adding him as a plumbing contact as well, will only want us to use him more in the future. 5*

Shower needed replacing and our kitchen tap, not only did they replace both but suggest better alternatives. Really helpful, kind and friendly guys who did the job quickly! Really pleased and would happily recommend!

I had an old boiler which NP Works brought back from the dead. A very professional outfit explaining at each stage what the problem was and how much to fix it. Good time keeping as well.

Very professional, caring and attention to details was excellent. Communication is key and l must say l was well informed about the progress and at every stage of the work, that made me very relaxed. Highly recommended

Nil was brilliant when he came round. We had a leak under the sink and Nil talked me and my daughter through what the problem was. He took a video of the problem and told me how he would be able to fix it. Nil also took pictures of the pipe so I could see the work he had done. I texted Nil in the morning and he was able to come round and fix the issue even thought he must have been working since early morning. Also recommended what we needed to do as an after care as the floor was really damp from the leak. I would use Nil again and hope to get his help in the future for my bathroom. Thank you. Great service and great customer care Beatrice

Neil and his team dealt with a problem with our taps and hot water pressure swiftly and professionally. Would recommend and use again.

My husband and me, recently moved in this new house, and the very next day experienced some problems with the hot water. Nilesh, very generously agreed to come and sort the issue even though it was a weekend.

The problem was solved temporarily then. However, later he managed to diagnose the root cause and fix it permanently.

He is a thorough professional, trustworthy and down to earth person.

We are very satisfied with NP services and highly recommend them for any kind of maintenance and repair works.

Good efficient service. Nil explained the new smart system he had just installed, all looks good!

Have used Nil several times now. He always does great work and explains everything that’s going on during and after. Very professional too.

My boiler broke on a Sunday afternoon. I had another plumber come but the problem remained unidentified. Neil came and was quickly able to find the underlying problem as well as fix my boiler. He came late on a Sunday and at short notice which was really appreciated. Owing to the scale of the problem the required work was not able to be fulfilled on the Sunday, but given it had left me with no heating or water, Neil made sure that my work was prioritised on the following day which was really really appreciated. I cannot recommend his services highly enough, he was professional and efficient and we are really happy with the work he conducted.

Excellent service and follow up care - would definitely recommend!

Neil and his team have been a constant in our home. Over the past years he has gone above and beyond to help even out of hours. His friendly, professional and honest manner of conducting business has always left us happy and a sense of getting value for money. He always takes the time to explain the problem and the work carried out to resolve the issues.
I would highly recommend him and glad to have a trustworthy engineer to call on when needed.
