The part came in with in 3 days and thankfully fitted in the exiting shower unit like a dream!!!

I recently bought an item online from here but it didn’t work.
I contacted them to air my concerns but have received no response in over a week.
Lesson learnt and money down the drain.
IMO …. AVOID !!!
P.S.
I was contacted by this firm wanting my full name, email address & phone number.
Why ?
I used the “contact seller” part of the deal and nobody responded so I don’t know what supplying my details gains now.
I took it into two different shops and both said it’s faulty.
So £16 down the drain and the stick in the bin.
Solely because no one bothered answering their messages

(posted to google with photos for Morden branch but repeating here because I am so pleased with the result) I am a novice DIY'er and had no knowledge of replacing a bathroom faucet.
The staff showed me exactly what I needed to connect a female connector on the new faucet to the existing push connector and even cut the copper pipes in store(for free).
They laid out the step by step process and I bought all the necessary parts.
All I did was repeat his instructions and presto! A bathroom faucet replaced. Highly recommend.

PRODUCT WAS FINE BUT ADVERTISED 48 HOUR DELIVERY FROM ORDER, ORDERED SUNDAY DIDNT ARRIVE UNTIL THURSDAY AFTERNOON SO LOST MY PLUMMER SLOT AS HE WAS BOOKED FOR MY JOB ON THE WEDNESDAY.

I ordered the wrong item and realised about can hour after checkout. Contacted Nphplumbingandheating via email and received a reply the next working day stating they have refunded me and cancelled the order. Really impressed with the customer service I received.

Good price, delivered on time

Very efficient service. The goods they dispatched by Riyal Mail never arrived and NPH send a replacement without any fuss. The only issue was that their pricing was higher than available elsewhere.
