Perfect fit, high quality clothing .

Enorm onaangename ervaring met dit merk. De marketing doen ze goed, de foto's zien er goed uit, maar buiten dat geven ze geen belang aan de ervaring van de klant. Ik heb een maand op mijn bestelling gewacht, de inklaringskosten komen er nog bovenop, dus bovenop het betaalde bedrag kom ongeveer nog de helft van de prijs erbij. Ik wilde de bestelling annuleren, voordat ze de bestelling hadden opgestuurd. Wat ze vervolgens deden was mijn pakket opsturen, zodat ze kunnen zeggen: ''Sorry, je pakket is al onderweg en we kunnen er niks aan doen''.

Als je de bestelling bij de duane wil weigeren zeggen ze dat er een kans is dat de producten worden vernietigd.

Mocht het zijn dat je hier wil bestellen, houdt in gedachte dat: je inklaringkosten moet betalen wanneer het geleverd wordt en dat ook als je het product wil terugsturen.

Order #179359 hasn't been delivered to me and they are now refusing to read my emails or reply. I'm presuming I will need to start a chargeback to recover my funds. Dodgy & shoddy based on other reviewers.

The worst customer service ever received, guaranteed never to shop here again! Made an accidental order, the website reads that orders can be cancelled within 24 hours notice. I emailed within 2 minutes. Has since taken nearly a month, the support email address barely responds and ignores most emails and I am still waiting for my return. Could not recommend less if you feel you may need to return an item

Ik heb een set kleding besteld die totaal niet overeenkwam met de foto’s. Ik heb toen aangeven dat ik het wilde retourneren. De site geeft aan sat het niet mogelijk is om het te retourneren. Ik heb dat gemaild en wacht nog steeds op antwoord. Daarnaast komen ze stiekem met inklaringskosten. Ik wil graag contact hoe ik mijn spullen kan retourneren en mijn geld terugkrijg. Order 178523

Following on from my review on the 11th of Feb. I have now had this issue resolved and received a store credit for the full amount of the items. I would like to thank Novu support and this has restored my confidence in Novu.

I just wanted to share my first experience with this company after placing my first order (White Oxford Pleated Trousers) for an upcoming occasion abroad . I had been searching everywhere for this specific style.

I opted for next day delivery as i needed them quickly and placed my order yesterday at 2 PM and the trousers arrived this morning at 11 AM which is exceptional service. The quality of the trousers is excellent as well.

I will definitely be back soon as they’ve gained my trust and their range is fantastic . I encourage anyone out there to give them a try. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible delivery times, on order for 4 weeks. Unfilled orders and emailed for updates and still can’t complete order but won’t cancel and refund until delivery is complete?! Every email is responded too 48hours later with no new info. Avoid at all costs, or order now for next summer

Order placed on the 10th of May, i made contact a few weeks after this to explain that i had not received the order and to request a refund. This request was turned down and a replacement item wasn’t even offered! Contact has been made several times now to request a refund which it has been turned down. Imagine paying for something not receiving it and not even getting offered a replacement or your money back. Shocking customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

Really impressive with the clothing.

Have been buying from Novu for the past 3 years and they always deliver in terms of quality, style and individuality. My last order arrived within 48 hours! It was worth the wait!

Really impressive clothing, fantastic fits especially the new summer range. My holiday suitcase is pretty much all Novu! I’ve noticed a real improvement with the level of service recently, which admittedly a little while ago wasn’t great with things like delivery and returns left in limbo but recently it’s been great! Excited to see drop 2.0!
