APPALLING - The Pooh Bear Pocket Hug looked NOTHING like the picture when I ordered. At $42 AUD, it was a slap in the face. AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID YOU WILL NOT RECEVE WHAT IS ADVERTISED. There based in china and the products don’t resemble the image advertised. They will expect you to pay for returning an item which isn’t as advertised. They are charlatans they advertise on Facebook amongst other places I will happily supply images of what was received if asked for.

Item FOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURE !! WASTE IF MONEY DONT NOT BUY FROM HERE !!

The product delivered looks nothing like the product advertised on the Novolly website - a felted Snoopy, pocket hug, the legs were all different dimensions, the head was different shape and details that should have been stitched (as shown on the website pictures) were badly drawn on with felt tip pen.

I have sent numerous emails to their customer service team asking to return the item and receive a full refund. But their customer service team are trying to persuade me to keep the item with first a 10% discount, followed by, 20% discount, then 30%, then 40%, then 50% and 60% in the same email, followed by an 80% discount!!! Clearly they don’t want the item back as they won’t send me the returns address.

Please save your time, energy and money and do not buy from Novolly.com - the products look cute on the website, but they bear no resemblance to the items that you will receive. Bitterly disappointed not only in the product but also in trying to get resolution in returning the item. Avoid!

I would steer clear of Novolly. They claimed they delivered the item, but I never received it. I emailed them over several weeks, sending them photos of my building/mail desk and I was finally told to contact the shipper. All the onus of solving the problem was on me.

I don't even think they are worthy of one star! The purchase I made was a Spy Felt Pocket Hug Set of Snoopy and what I received looks nothing like what was advertised. It is a bootleg version of Snoopy. Not worth the money at all!! I will never order from them again and I suggest no one else does! Horrible! Disappointing because I know I won't get my money back.

Received a pocket felt hug from my partner this morning. Sweet thought but they were very disappointing when they saw what had arrived. I can understand too as it’s nothing like the product photo. The photo is beautiful with stitched paws and cute legs. The item delivered had features drawn on with a pen and didn’t look like the advert. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about buying these as a gift to be warned there nothing like the product photo.

Just received a response from Novelly blaming disabled people for the product not looking like the photo….i don’t know how to react to this I’m aghast - shocking company shocking service !!!
