Engagement Ring purchase and Resizing
Purchased the engagement ring for my fiancée and the service was wonderful. I was served by Mavis, who was friendly and patient. She answered questions I had, having known nothing about diamonds. After a few months, my fiancée and I came back to Novita and the ring resized slightly and it was Mavis again who served us with a smile. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

IF diamond Engagement Ring
Went to Novita to get our engagement ring, Michelle was clear in her explanation and managed to find us a IF diamond which is difficult to come by from other jewelery chain. If they have they did not make it searchable.
Post purchase was great as well, ring was ready before expected time. Around 6 weeks. Life time free cleaning Novita offered was also a factor that we took into consideration before our purchase.

Amazing experience getting an engagement ring
We worked with Angeline to get an engagement ring. It was an absolutely perfect experience.
Angeline was incredibly patient with us and helped us understand a lot more about diamonds. She showed us a lot of different samples so we could directly compare and make an informed decision.

Diverse designs and great service
Both my engagement ring and wedding band are from Novita, and it couldn't have been a better experience! Novita has all the different designs I had ever dreamed of, I wanted something classic but with a thin (yet sturdy) band and I found their classic round diamond with platinum band 1.5mm perfect.
The service is also great, Angeline was super patient as I tried multiple different models of the wedding band, and she gave me good advice e.g. platinum suits more your undertone than yellow gold, which was super helpful. The process overall was very easy, you can research online on their website and afterwards schedule an appointment in their store to see them in person and get advice. If I had to buy more diamond jewelry, I would definitely come back to Novita!

Ordered my ring online and was being followed-up by Mavis over whatsapp. Mavis has been very prompt and patient in all her responses to my questions via whatsapp. When i met her personally to collect my ring, she was very warm and friendly, explaining to me the details for my ring.
