Appalling experience – avoid this company!

Like many other recent reviewers, my experience with Noviroa has been dreadful. I ordered a £60 large plush teddy bear, and after waiting three weeks, I received something completely different – a toddler’s bear costume stuffed into an A4 envelope. I am now stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth trying to secure a refund, with little to no progress being made. This company has shown zero reliability, accountability, or care for its customers. Save yourself the hassle – do not order from Noviroa.

Está es mi segunda reseña porque sigo sin recibir mi pedido que es del 3 de agosto. Me dijeron que me lo volvían a enviar y llegaría en un plazo de 7-14 días y aquí sigo esperando el regalo de mi marido que tenia que haber llegado en agosto, y sigue sin llegar. No quieren devolverme el dinero y tampoco me entregan mi compra. La gente me dice que seguro que es un timo porque no es normal este comportamiento en una empresa comercial. Ya me estoy creyendo de verdad que han robado mi dinero, porque no tengo los dos cascos ni tampoco dinero. Y las respuestas que recibo, son automáticas. Mi consejo, no les compres nada, que pierdes tú dinero y no recibes nada.

Non è vero che si può fare il Rimborso

Ho ordinato un paio di cuffie che quando sono arrivate erano davvero di pessima qualità. Ho visto sul loro sito che dicono che è possibile richiedere il rimborso entro 30 giorni, gli ho scritto una mail e mi hanno risposto che posso richiedere o il 10% del valore o il 50% in voucher da usare sul loro sito. Ho fatto presente che volevo usare il mio diritto di rimborso ma niente continuano a rispondermi che posso scegliere tra quelle opzioni e basta. Vergognoso.

Paying for shoes that don't fit.

Ordered 2 pairs of their shoes as they were on offer. I order them in a size "EU48" but they came almost 2 weeks later in size "EU40". tracking system was awful, the package was damaged and the shoes are completely crushed. Biggest problem overall is that they don't fit!

I've spoken to 4 different people now and they still won't give me a full refund.. offering 10% partial refund for shoes that don't fit me... Absolute joke of a company. The shoes are nothing how they look on the website either. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Per carità non comprate da loro!!la merce arriva in tempi Infiniti e non ti fanno esercitare il diritto al ripensamento /recesso con mille scuse se non dopo mille mail! e alla fine se tr lo concedono ci rimetti le spese di spedizione in Cina,che rischiano di costarti di più del rimborso dell'oggett!Attenzione!

DO NOT BUY FROM this place

DO NOT BUY FROM this place. The worst company I have ever come across. Ordered a child booster seat for holiday but didn’t arrive in time so I tried to cancel it. Was told I had to wait for it to arrive before I could return for a refund which I did, had to submit photos of unopened products and they STILL will not refund me after asking several times so now getting bank involved. Absolute joke of a business, total shambles

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. The positive reviews are laughably fake. 100% SCAM. Product worked for about 2 hours. Seems to have less than 10% drive space advertised. Can't even use that now. Lost my data.

Unacceptable behaviour with refund

It is a nightmare to get refund.
No respect to customer rights of return
Product didn't work as described and they do not respect 30 days return policy.
Unacceptable behaviour.They don't listen what you saying.
I would never use them if I knew that.
Horrible experience.

I ordered over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. My package still hasn't arrived. It got lost somewhere and hasn't been delivered. I spent over €100, plus I paid extra for protection, and I still haven't received my package. It's a shame I didn't read the reviews about this company beforehand. It's a Chinese scam. I recommend avoiding this company.

I have placed an order of 82£ . They advised me i will get my order in 4-7 days . After 30 days i still dont get my parcel , Noviroa doesnt do nothing about it and it blames the carrier for my unreceived delivery but still doesnt want to do nothing regarding my parcel . The website is a complete SCAM

Scammers

Dirty Chinese scammers, I don’t know why I didn’t think twice before ordering this pet like little puppy, it s battery powered instead of by USB, it isn’t interactive and it’s just a cheap, tatty looking thing. I’ve learned a very expensive lesson. Sponsored by google which I trusted to a degree. It’s not even good enough to gift it to a child.

Received wrong product, followed by anti-customer service

Received wrong product (but correct sticker on the box!)

Reached out to customer service asking for return (their website says "easy, hassle-free 30 days return").

Got 3 different team members write to me over 4 emails offering small discounts, blatantly disregarding my repeated request for return (yes, I wrote 4 responses; crazy). I did not want 10% refund -- I got a wrong device (which, btw, was partly malfunctioning).

Save yourself time and money.

Unless you enjoy endless back and forth of ignorance. Popcorns out.
