DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a dragon light which looked lovely when it arrived it was a cheap resin dragon which didn't look anything like the photo or the description on the site. BEWARE!!!

Eventually the sandals arrived but they were of a very poor quality. They offered me a refund of 30% and I could keep the sandals or return for 100% refund. I reluctantly paid £23.50 to return to China in May. They have just been returned - the company refused to accept the parcel. Customer Services now want me to resend to same address to get 100% refund. I DON’T THINK SO. So will have to write this off as an expensive learning experience.

We ordered two up lights for our house. They arrived in a box over a month after ordering without any protection and one was completely smashed.

I contacted them to be told the “specialist department” rules not to replace but asked me to send it back overseas as my own expense to receive a refund. So essentially it would cost me money to send back a damaged product. How does that even work? It’s the opposite of compensation.

Awful experience. Lost out over £120

Bought a product for £40 and it was very poor quality and not like the description. Requested a return and was told to send it to China at my cost. They refused to take it back in uk. Product is no use so money wasted and lesson learned.

The slippers I ordered, when they eventually arrived, were of extremely poor quality, not the colour I had ordered and did not fit me. I asked about returning them but, of course, the return address is in China. I was offered a partial refund of 20 percent if I 'decided to keep the slippers'. I was forced to accept this as I imagine it would be difficult and expensive to return them to China, with no guarantee they would get there. I will give them to my local charity shop. It remains to be seen whether or not I receive the partial refund. It was not possible to give no stars at all so I had to give one star.

Worst ever - scam - avoid at all costs

Item arrived over a month after online purchase. The item that finally arrived was totally different to the description and worthless. Novena then offered me a 10% refund to keep it and said I needed to pay for return postage back to china - this is a money laundering scam and I will be reporting them to trading standards. AVOID!!

Crooked company who provide inferior products and the refuse to provide refunds when their products fall apart - bought through a credit card so will go down this route to get my money back - really they should have their credit card approval removed by the credit card companies and that would be a red flag to people thus avoiding them getting scammed.

Lovely shoes, very comfortable. I would have liked more updates on delivery as they took a while to arrive

Absolute Scam
Bought a pair of supposedly orthopaedic sandals for £39.99 from what I thought was a uk company, they turned up a few weeks later from china , when I opened the plastic bag they came in the smell of glue nearly knocked me out! They are cheap plastic rubbish not even worth £3.99 then to get a refund you have to pay over £20 to send back or they offer you 30% refund to keep them! Do not buy!! I contacted my bank and got a refund.

I placed an order over a week ago and it has not arrived. It is not possible to contact this company as the address they have given for email bounces back. They haven't followed up with details of delivery and the tracking details lead you to a website that doesn't work. Beware, I feel as though they have taken my money and it is a scam.

I ordered shoes from the website. They took weeks to arrive from China. The tracking was complicated. When the shoes arrived, they are made from cheap materials, they are not a good fit, and I would guess they are not orthapedic! When I tried to get instructions for returns, my emails are not answered. I would not recommend.

This is not a UK company despite the name. Looks like they have a base in the Netherlands. Customer service email address doesn't seem to be working now. Sandals were really cheap looking and not true to size.

The sandals are definitely not orthopedic. Not worth £39.99 that i paid. They are cheap rubbish that are far too big for me as well. The stitching looks very loose. I looked into refund and return and it looks as though I will be coughing up postage to get them back to China and then have the run around trying to get any sort of refund. I will not be buying again and I shall take more time to research before ordering online again. I have been left out of pocket and with no sandals. Avoid at all costs. Complete scam!!!!

I ordered sandals from this company thinking it was a UK company based on the Web address. Unfortunately, the sandals took weeks to arrive and we're slightly too big. The sandals came from China.
In order to return the sandals I had to answer at least 6 emails providing pictures of the size of the sandals.
The size was not actually in question merely the fact that they did not fit me.
It has cost me 30% of the cost of the sandals.
I'm expecting to have to fight for the refund once the sandals have been received.

Bought the "premium" foldable glasses. Absolutely not premium, cheap and awful, not worth 1/10 of the price. Avoid.

Avoid this disreputable company at all costs. I ordered what were described as orthopaedic sandals but the rubbish that arrived was definitely not as described. Cheap shoddy and just a standard insole so of absolutely no use to me. I was offered a 30% refund which equates to £12 of the £39.99 paid!! I notice other reviewers have had 70% and 50% back so they obviously just decide on a percentage to suit them. It would have cost me more than I paid for the rubbish to return it to China so I had no option but to accept and put it down to experience. I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered as I usually do. You’ve been warned!! This company needs investigating for fraudulent and misleading trading.

The website is set up to look like you are buying from the UK, they have 2-4 day shipping times and literally say they're using royal mail to deliver. But when you buy it, it comes from China. This means it takes weeks to arrive, and if you want to return it you need to send it back to China at your own expense, so they can then decide if you get a refund. When I questioned this (before it had shipped) they shipped it that same day, so I was then stuck in the above return loop, and there was no point in paying to returning it. Oh and then they sent references to some policies hidden in their website, which say the info they have on their website isn't actually true. Silly customer for believing their website and not searching deep in to their policies for the truth! So unfair, and so misleading. Avoid.

Purchased from what I thought was a store in Holland , they are not , they are based in China.
Never respond to emails , have not received confirmation of return address.
Lamp is cheap looking , not worth the money, scam.

Chinese products portrayed as luxury. Paid for a cheap diffuser that cost about £5 on Temu for £80. Luckily Payment was done with paypal so i was able to raise a dispute. Same company with different domain names. Check other reviews novensa.dk. Said will be delivered with Royal Mail. Sent with Amazon shipping. Wanted product to be returned to a chinese address. Company registered in Holland. A complete scam. i have to obviously pay the return cost to get paypal to refund my money. complete Sham!! Save yourself the troubles and don't bother
