Easy ordering and quick delivery.

Great Customer Service and Product was exactly what I expected!
Customer Service was very informative when I called inquiring about hologram stickers and they helped guide me to the exact product that I needed. They even shipped out my order same day. I had a very positive experience ordering with NovaVision.

NovaVision was completely out of stock of the product that we needed yesterday. They personally called me to inform me and offered an alternate (darn near identical) product for just the cost to ship overnight since that's what I specified on my original order. They emailed me pictures and discussed the product with me and ensured it arrived the next day as promised. Way to follow through with your customers! These days that seems to be a lost art in the business world. Thank you!!

Thank you for the recent purchase of our stock non residue labels (XSG21-35RESN-250) and your review.
However, we don’t sell the non residue labels blank (as you indicated in your review), which would explain why you received labels with serial numbers.
Therefore, your order was not ‘altered’ (the product description on your order also states the labels have serial numbers). These labels include a unique pre-assigned serial number printed on them for added security. The serial number is included to help deter counterfeiting.
I’m sorry if our website was not clear on this. You got more security than you initially expected and hopefully you’ll find it’s a good value.
