I had the pleasure of working with Reena during the implementation of a new HRIS. She brought a really strong combination of HR expertise, structure and practical understanding to the project.
She understood the business requirements and made what could have been a complex process feel much more manageable. She was responsive to our requests, knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout.
I’d have no hesitation recommending Reena to any organisation looking for support with an HRIS implementation or broader HR project work.
