If I could give a zero star I most definitely would. Absolute SCAMMERS I order a xs and received a s it did not fit being way to big took weeks to even reply to my email then saying no xs in stock and that was it. Quality of clothing is absolutely terrible and service is absolutely awful would never ever recommend

Do not buy from here!! I had not checked reviews before purchasing, a hard lesson I had to learn. This company stole my bank information and has been making withdrawals from my account ever since I purchased and it has been a nightmare talking with the bank. It's a SCAM and you aren't guaranteed your money back, please be careful!!! My items haven't arrived either. This company is evil.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! Not only do they not deliver your item/s, they refuse to take any accountability for not delivering items and continue to get away with this type of fraudulent behaviour. They are a European based company ripping you off!!

This person is a thief. The dress they came looked nothing like the photo. The address says the Netherlands but the dress came from china and looked like a $10 dress that they robbed me of $191 and no communication at all.

I was looking for a dress to go to my friend wedding and i found NOVAO. The website look so trustable and i purchase the dress. After that, starts my headache. After a few days of my purchase i had not receive any tracking. I told them to give me by email and then they answer me telling that it will take some time, and i answered them telling to cancel my order and give the refund, and then suddenly they gave a response telling that it was not possible because the product was sent already. They gave me the tracking number from 17 track that when I search it is from CHINA. The product come from CHINA, and the website makes you think that the product is from AUSTRALIA. Even all this points, I waited the product arrive at home because maybe I would be surprised with the product. But when arrive at home, the dress definitely surprised me, but in a bad way.
I paid 99 dollars in one dress that does not worth even 10 dollars. The worst quality ever! The dress is so weird and the fabric is terrible!
And it could be worst?
The answer is YES!

I asked the to return the product and they told me that i had 2 options, stay with the product and then they give me 40% of the money back or return to CHINA! they know that the price to return to China would be expensive... This dress will go straight to the BIN
I feel that they do with customer because they can get money selling a bad product and then offer this kind of solution, at the end, they profit 99 dollars for a dress that does not worth 10 dollars and at the end, the pretend to give solution that only is favourable them!

Scam site. Sent me an awful quality item and didn’t process my refund when asked.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I was sent a wrong dress and demanded a refund and all I get is an email stating the money is on your account.

Company sent inferior products and have not responded to my requests to return it. I’m very frustrated with myself for not reading these reviews first.

This company is a full scam. I paid $300 for a dress and what I got was nothing like the photo and the material was so cheap. Emailed them and no response. I tried to look up the address and I think it’s in the Netherlands in university international accomodation. It’s so dodgy!

The company is scam and hope people would read the reviews. They copy pictures from other websites and send you complete rubbish which doesn't even look like the item in the picture.
I asked for a refund which a week later they replied it would take 21 days. Now 2 months later no refund received which is no surprise. I reported them to the bank as soon as i realised it's a scam and will report to ACCC.

Do NOT buy from Novao . Total scam. Their clothes are cheap bad fitting copies and will be nothing at all like what you think you will be receiving.
I got caught and all they will offer is the same item sent again for free. Now that’s the last thing I want ! And now they are ignoring my messages.

Rip off!!! Their clothes are expensive but you will receive cheap $hit! Read the other reviews on various websites and don’t get ripped off like the rest of us!

This company is a scam. They have taken images off another website (House of CB). There is also a Reddit thread of people who have paid for items but not received them, or received items that look completely different to what they ordered after paying over $100. I am currently trying to get my money back, however (unsurprisingly) encountering difficulties from 'customer service'. The website has an address based in the Netherlands, however products appear to be shipped from China. They sent me a tracking code using the company 17TRACK which is also a scam, with over 5000 negative Trustpilot reviews. The website looks legit with big price tags, but sadly is not to be trusted!

Update - the dress arrived, awful quality, looks nothing like picture. I've been emailing with the company for months trying to get a refund and they either ignore my emails or say a refund will arrive by the end of the month. Will report to the ACCC and hopefully the website will be shut down so nobody else has the same experience.
