This was my very first fitness retreat, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. From the beginning to the end, the experience exceeded my expectations.

To the kitchen staffs specially to Chef Sebastian and Muay Thai coach at the same time. Thank you so much for all the delicious and healthy food you prepared during the retreat. Every meal was made with so much care, and it truly added to the whole experience.
I appreciated how structured everything was: sign-in, briefing, warm-up, main sets, cooldown, and optional plunge. No chaos, just good coaching. The farm-to-plate lunch was delicious—herbs and greens you don’t usually get in gym cafés. The beach path is a lovely touch for warm-ups or cooldowns. A must-visit on Phu Quoc.
