Working with Nova has been easy, effective and opportunistic.
I have run multiple ecommerce brands, info offers & I've worked with ALOT of agencies/teams in the past with pretty bad experiences. When Nova reached out, I was a little bit worried I might experience the same thing but their offer made it easy for me to give it a go.
We started off on a new brand of mine, in the first month we did 27% of revenue from emails and NO. We did not do any new 'product drops' or 'restock' email campaigns. It was all based on email testing and optimising our email health.
I think my favourite thing about these guys in comparison to other agencies is they are really in it for the long term. The first 3 weeks we set up, we sent off 1 campaign just to gage our open rate/click rate. They spent the rest of the time working on it and getting our score to a healthy level before sending off these campaigns.
This meant we made much more in the long term and build a good relationship with our clients compared to most agencies which just do a cash grab off you since they're scared you'll dump them lol.
