Nova Stuff Omdömen 

Ordered the Pore cleanser, Face mask and the blackhead remover tool. Pore cleanser arrived and had no damage but did not work. Sent email and video of the unit and no response back. Got the face mask a week later and i was satisfied with that. And 2 months waiting for the blackhead remover tool. Probably won't ever receive that. For me i know the risks from ordering from China so it is what it is. I have ordered a few times in the past few years with good luck... Luck has run out. Buyer beware. You can complain about a faulty device or not receiving something. This company will not help you out... Also would like to add that this company reported me as not being an actual client instead of maybe possibly helping...Deplorable...Hmmm no record pls see below the transcript of my email with your company.. Since ya'll want me to share how was my experience purchasin' from NOVA STUFF, I'm gonna share my honest opinion - I LOVE the product (black mask) sure, it took a bit more time to receive it but that was fine since it was explained to me it came from overseas. Also their customer service was great!! They're very responsive and polite answering all my questions. It really helped a lot to assure me that I'll receive my product. I dunno what's all the fuss with other buyers, but If ya'll would ask me, I would definitely purchase from them again and I would recommend them to others as well! Keep it up! One happy and satisfied customer here!!!!

I purchased many products from Nova and their products are of great quality. Though shipping takes long enough, it's still worth the wait. Thumbs up also to their great customer service.

I got my parcel today and I loved it! I purchased Strapless Push up Bra from this company and cannot stress enough how much I love it! It fits perfect and the quality feels so expensive. If you are in South Africa do not buy from NOVA, I ordered at the end of January and to date (23 June 2017) I have not received anything!!! They keep making promises but nothing ever arrives, I've asked for a refund multiple times and they keep ignoring the request. I wish that I could post screen shots of the emails but unfortunately I cannot. I am not sure about other countries but they are definitely stealing your money!!!! STAY FAR AWAY

My experience with Nova Stuff service is amazing. The customer support was able to address my order concerns and they were able to provide a solution in a timely manner. Thumbs up!

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, I was sent a cheap, poorly wrapped item which arrived broken. I immediately took a short video of faulty item and sent it to Nova Stuff. Their customer service rep promised to send me a replacement. She never did. After a month I wrote and demanded a refund which she refused. Don't waste your money! You can find most of their stock on Ali Express for a fraction of the price.

Ordered at the end of March,got few ordered items but I Am still watining for more items to be delivered. I think this actually is not a registered company .I contacted them several times but the answer was the same.Just I think I have to forget about the items that still is not delivered as the chance of getting them is very small. Actually I understood it when I got a link to track the parcels , I didn't expect that the items come from China.I searched their website and I couldn't find the original country from were it will be delivered,somewhere was mentioned about France but not China.
I hope the new customer would read all these reviews before placing their orders.
This "company" lies to customers to make the money .

After almost four months I have not received my order. At this point I think my money are just lost!

I ordered the Nova Pore Cleansing Mask and the Blackhead Eliminator. When I bought these, I saw that shipping would take about 2 weeks to ship to America. After two weeks passed, I was kinda worried this was a scam site. I looked up more about Nova Stuff and I was determined I would be scammed. They were both shipped from different regions when I tracked my order. Both products said they were already shipped. The Nova Pore Cleansing Mask was being shipped from China. I still have not received it. However, the Blackhead Eliminator was shipped from Singapore. Literally the next day after tracking my order and thinking I just lost $47, guess what came! I at least got my Blackhead Eliminator. BUT you have to be home. The mail person walks up to your door because you have to sign off for the package (maybe because it's from outside of the country?), so don't be too discouraged if you haven't received it. Hopefully you'll be home when it comes or go check to see if the post office has it. I was happy to get my most expensive product, but I still didn't receive my Pore Cleansing Mask and I'm not sure if I will because I know a lot of companies in China do scam people. It's only been a month since I've ordered it, so I'm being patient and hoping it'll come.
ALSO... my review for the Blackhead Eliminator. Before I used it, I looked up multiple videos of people trying it out for the first time as well. Please be careful of using a high level. There are four levels, and I would advise start with only 1 or 2. It does work, and it's super interesting to see the white heads come out. The instructions warn you to not get any liquid in it because it will mess up the machine. If you have a pimple with a whitehead, do NOT use it over that. I made that mistake and blood came out. The machine didn't suck as hard, so I started using level 4 on my face and nose... please also be aware it can give you bruises. I would advise ONLY use the high levels on the nose, but the other parts of your parts of your face because it's more sensitive.

Ive been waiting over 5months for a product. Excuses from it didnt make it through customs and has been reshipped, then it has arrived in your country please give it 4-6weeks to reach you, 6 weeks later they have said please give it 2-4weeks to be dispatched ! No it does not tale that long to be dispatched.
DONT BUY FROM THEM IS MY SUGGESTION !!

Waited 4 months for a product that is awful, was refused a refund. Customer service is rude, slow and unprofessional. Will not recommend them to anyone, this was by far the worst online shopping experience.
