Do not buy from this company. The goods I received were completely different from what I ordered, different material and very poor quality stitching. The company refused to provide a returns label, the postage to return would have been £25 for two tops and the company said that the parcel would probably ‘get lost’ or stuck at customs. PayPal were not helpful as they requested that I return the items in order to issue a refund but I couldn’t risk losing another £25 as I was pretty sure Nounuo would say it hadn’t arrived. I ended up having to accept a 30% refund which amounted to £14 of the £50 order. These were not cheap items but they are completely unwearable. All in all, do not order as you will be disappointed.

⁷I'm writing this review in the hope that others won't fall for the scams NouNuo is running through a clothing website featuring photos of beautiful, eye-catching dresses.
I purchased a blue velvet jacket, which was described on the website as high-quality and embroidered on the cuffs and lapels.
Aside from the unacceptable delivery time (almost three weeks), what I received was a kind of dressing gown made of an unspeakable synthetic fabric, not high-quality velvet, printed and not embroidered.
When I asked to return it, NouNuo initially responded with a series of apologies and then, after seeing the photos of the jacket they sent me, offered me a 15% refund.
When I refused, they told me about an unacceptable and cumbersome procedure at my expense, which I obviously won't follow, confident that the product wouldn't reach the company and therefore, not only would I not get my money back, but I'd also be wasting the shipping costs.
I therefore urge you not to purchase from this company, which sells terrible products, disguising them behind fraudulent photos.
