I absolutely love Not Your Average Babe. I found them while browsing Tiktok and I was instantly hooked on their merchandise. They have a monthly themed box and mystery bags during the holidays that are loaded with creepy goodness. Definitely check them out you will not be disappointed. ☠️🎃☠️🎃

This was my first time ordering from Not Your Average Babe......I found the company on Instagram and was a bit nervous to order at first, but so happy that I did!

From the very start.... I was able to communicate with the company regarding the status of my order! Every step of the way, I had the support I needed!

I was so excited to receive my order and of course the quality of the products are amazing! I will definitely be ordering again!

It definitely took over a full month to receive my order, but I did order with plenty of time knowing it might be delayed slightly. The product is very good. My wife and I are happy with the shirts, sweatshirts and cup we purchased. I already have another order in for more stuff and can’t wait to see it!

I've been a customer for quite awhile now and I've never been disappointed by the amazing spooky/halloween themed items I receive! I love the monthly subscription boxes too. Any time I've reached out to customer service, they have been super pleasant and helpful.

Worth the wait! I ordered two of the glass tumblers: one Halloweentown and one Trick R Treat. The designs are really good quality on frosted glass. The bamboo lid sits securely on top and they come with a reusable plastic straw. I love using these for my iced coffee at home or to take coffee to work.

I’ve ordered a couple of things over the years from NYAB- my mushroom sweatshirt and Hufflepuff cup are my absolute favorites!!! Always amazing customer service!! I will always recommend NYAB for any of my spooky needs!!!

Ive been a customer since before they changed their name 😻 recently I got two sweatshirts and four glass tumblers from NYAB and they are beautiful. Everything was safely packaged. It took a while to arrive but that was disclosed on the site and it’s a small business so I didn’t mind at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for spooky things year round!

I have been buying from NYAB for a few years now and it’s simply because of the excellent quality, selection, and customer service they provide. The ghouls there are so sweet and quick to help with any questions or inquiries you have. They offer a variety of different styles & sizes of each time. If you don’t see what you need, they’re willing to help.
The clothes that I bought years ago still hold up and I get so many compliments when I step out in anything NYAB. Whether it’s accessories, cups, skirts, or tops the quality is so good. You also need to check out the subscription boxes. They’re perfect for yourself or as gifts. They come with so many products for the price. I love supporting small businesses but love even more that they’re from Michigan, where I’m from. NYAB is perfect for yourself or any spooky ghoul you know.

I’ve ordered from this company a few times, mainly clothing, and have been super happy with what I get from them. The quality is great, clothing is super comfortable, and the style is super cute and spooky—a combination that is weirdly hard to find for women. I love my “dead inside” shirt and “pumpkin queen” sweatshirt and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Loved my sweatshirt! So soft and I’m ready for spooky season 👻 waited a little bit for shipping but worth it when I received it. Would rather wait and get good quality than buy from someone else and get it fast but cheaply made.

The “5-30 business day” turn around is a joke. I placed an order 3 months ago that is still showing as unfulfilled. I’ve never ordered from this company before, so the long delay had me worried I’d been scammed. I waited 6 weeks (30 business days) to inquire about my order, only to be met with excuses as to why the whole thing is unfulfilled. Basically, if you order a subscription box with any other item, the entire order will be held until they receive all of their inventory. They will not make multiple shipments as “you’ve only paid for shipping once.” They will not update you on the delay unless prompted, and with each inquiry the excuse will be different.
My advice to the company is to just eat the cost of additional shipping so you don’t lose customers to chargebacks. A 3+ month turn around period is wild in this day and age, I’m pretty sure the Ever Given had a quicker turn around than this.
My advice to potential customers is to avoid purchasing through this company.
