The products were genuine and arrived as advertised. Used to buy my perfumes from Macy's but these guys are far better in terms of product availability and prices. Packaging was good and the products arrived within few days of placing the order. Bought about 10 different perfumes in a matter of couple of months. The special offers are great and I even got a small MediBlanc toothpaste as a complementary product. That's always nice. I will highly recommend Notino for all your perfume/fragrance needs.

I cannot believe that I have been paying full-price in department stores for these wonderful niche perfumes that are available on Notino at a significant savings with super fast delivery to my door. The Chanel was genuine but packing had leak stains
The stuff was genuine. Ordered a Chanel. Check it out and all the markers were exactly how it was supposed to be (google how to check for fake Chanel). So I'm happy with the product itself.
However the packaging was a little crumpled. There was a product leak stain on the box. It could be left over stock or defective stock. Hence the 4 stars.

a reliable source I highly recommend
I came across NOTINO a couple of months ago. I have purchased a wide range of products from face skin care to body treatments to soaps to hair products. I just placed another order today and included a couple of make up pieces.
I have nothing but good things to tell about this company. I buy my cosmetics and skin care products almost exclusively online. I am busy and feel frustrated when I go in person to shop and the stores are out of stock of what I need. Some of NOTINO's prices are absolutely amazing and I will always check them first when I am looking for the specific brands they carry. All the products I ordered from them have been consistently impeccable. I received my orders very quickly. I hope they continue to expand their selection and keep pricing competitive to increase their volume.

My order never showed up. I have gotten the run around now for 3 months. Of course they took my money. I still have received nothing in return. Very costly frustrating experince.
