I’ve just started taking this so can’t comment on the effect yet. The package came fairly quickly and customer service was great when I had a question. I love the little jar that comes with the order! I don’t usually display my supplements on the work surface but this little jar sits next to the kettle.

Not for me!
A few minutes after taking an Omega capsule I get a headache and a rushing noise in my ears. I've persevered for a week but it is still happening, so unfortunately I will not be continuing with them.
I have now e-mailed Nothing Fishy to see if other capsules might suit me better and I am waiting for a reply.

Why are you so difficult to get hold of you? Well I have only been taking your suppliaments for a couple of weeks now and have not really noticed any difference as yet. The pouches and the little glass jars with the cork stoppers looked cute, but the cork stoppers do not fit properly and drop off at the slightest touch spilling the contents, which is annoying. Can you do something about that?

I'm a bit confused. I already had a subscription with nothing fishy and it didn't come this month so I opened a new subscription. That arrived then my previous subscription arrive a few days later. I'm a bit concerned I will have to pay for both of them

Algae omega 3 review
I am 2/3 weeks in so it is early days. However I am really noticing my hair and skin are already in better condition and improving visibly. Both took a battering when I had a nasty Covid variant last month. So “nothing fishy” is definitely positive, let’s see how I go after 3 months! Easy to swallow, no after taste. I am taking 1 per day I might up it to 2 based on results so far. Based on this I will probably look at the other supplements as I find most supplements irritate my tummy and these don’t.

Liquid gold!
I received my package within the timeline indicated and was nicely surprised to find that everything was as shown in the advert! The bottles are beautiful and look lovely in my bathroom, being a reminder to take the capsules each day, rather than put in a cupboard where I would forget. They are easy to swallow and leaves no nasty after taste! I've only been taking them for over a week, so haven't noticed any real changes, yet! That saying, my hair does feel softer and more lush, but that could be because I changed my shampoo! I am optimistic these little pearls of liquid gold will work their magic!
