I really only like 1 of the 4 scents sent to me. I was really looking for a citrusy vanilla scent. The hunt is still on.

I loved every sample I received. My fiance says they are very sexy and appealing. I truly was amazed at how clever the combinations are. Quite simply, they were "me" in a bottle! Thank you!

I like that there are 15 scents to try to your liking to best fit your chemistry, genius idea. The vials are filled just enough to either wear day or night to sway with the time. I still have a few more scents to try and will make a decision on purchasing larger bottles.

Quite pleased with the questions and was sent a nice trial assortment. I LOVE one in particular and will buy?

I never received my products.

I received a click bate on my social, took the quiz, and was excited to receive my perfumes. When they came I was so disappointed. they were SAMPLES. I paid $25 for four sample bottles of fragrances I didn't even get to pick. All of them were teeny bopper smells. Gross, sticky sweet. Contacted them and was told they can send me four more samples. I told them that since I didnt like any of the four as they are targeted toward teenagers that I just wanted a refund. Paying $25 for free samples is asinine. They refused ot refund me then completely ghosted me when I sent more emails. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE

The scent was terrible. The customer service was worse. I was very disappointed because the reviews were almost all excellent. I discovered that it is almost impossible to leave a review anywhere. I had to take apart the container, take pictures of the level of product left, get approval for a return, pay 15% restocking fee, and then finally get a refund of the remainder mid-Feb.

I'd give no stars if I could. Took forever to get these delivered. The scents - meh - nothing special here.

Ordered a full size bottle of 551. The smell is great but doesn't last long at all. It's supposed to be the eu de perfume, but barely lasts 2 hours. If I try to exchange it they want to "charge" a $15 restocking fee.

Not good. Not good AT ALL. I ordered a sample box @ $25. I picked the 4 scents based on my own preferences. Hated them all. So, I contacted customer service, they sent me 4 more samples of my choice and they are all crap as well. EVERY FRAGRANCE dries down to either patchouli, musk, or powder. And I personally cant stand either of those 3 scents. And those scents last FOREVER. But the top and middle notes disappear within minutes. I've tried every one of their "top fragrances" in their citrus and floral categories and they all smell CHEAP and "old".... they'll remind you of your grandmother from back in the 80s and 90s. I even tried the fragrance that some writer for (I THINK) The Washington Post chose as their new signature and it's terrible as well. It's by no means the worst of the lot, but it's not good. So, please, just dont waste your money. Go the SCENTBIRD route if you want to find a new fragrance. You'll find something you love and spend less money doing it.

Expensive samples!!! Out of the 17 I REALLY liked only one of them...841 is awesome. But the price for a full size bottle is @$150!!!!! I did have a coupon for $60 off (that should have been a clue)...and I applied the code in the promotion code area, hit send but it never priced out at the discount. I had to contact them and the said they would refund my $60 to my credit card. At $60 off, my bottle cost $80!!! I do love this 1 fragrance, but I can buy Marc Jacobs or Lancome, etc for far less money. As much as I love 841 I doubt I want to spend $ 150 for another bottle. My hubby likes it too. A lot! The other scents were all very "loud" scents that remind me of that ONE lady that always runs around gagging people with her offensive perfume. There was one other one that was "okay" but not ok enough for $150.

I've always struggled finding a scent I truly liked. I prefer subtle, more earthy scents, and I find most commercial perfumes to be too gaudy. Their discovery kit absolutely delivered for me! Out of the four scents I recieved, I absolutely loved two of them, liked one, and was meh with the last one. They were not similar at all, and were scents I would not have considered even trying based on the notes. It was actually a very fun and pleasant surprise.

I've also had GREAT experience with their customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong scent, and they were very responsive and helped me out.

Overall, I had a lovely experience, and now have two signature scents I love! But scents are very personal, so not everyone is going to be happy.

Fail. Complete fail. The samples all smelled very similar and not in a good way. They smell very cheap and I’m sure they are the most I expensively made scents you would ever find. I wrote to customer service and they offered to send more samples. Again, a fail. One sample would not spray, another was broken and the remaining two were, again, just horrible. I notified customer service and they said they were sorry. End of story. I requested a refund and they said they don’t allow that after they sent two sets of samples. Well, I am an idiot for thinking this might be money well spent and that it wasn’t a scam. Hope I learned something. I wish I had read TrustPilot prior to sending them my money.

The entire premise of 'notewortyscents' is quite a lovely idea. It is very frustrating to find a scent you love only to find the company decides to discontinue the product. The idea that you can take a personality quiz and that somehow such a quiz could push you towards some particular scent or group of scents is also an interesting idea...if it really worked in practice. It doesn't.

I ordered their "sampler" of 4 scents and completed the quiz pretending to be my husband...because I know him pretty well, right? He didn't like any of the scents a lot, but 2 of them were in the ballpark. So then we made a new account and my husband actually took the test again himself. His answers were actually a bit different. So in both sample kits that we received they were exactly the same with one scent different in each. Noteworthy says they base their selections on your quiz answers and then throw in a wild card. Each quiz produced the exact same box despite the lack of similarity in the answers.

I emailed the customer service contact to complain about the results, and our dissatisfaction and got no response at all.

I find it very interesting that there are NO google reviews available on this company/product. I should have paid attention to this before sinking $50 into samples. I have tried to leave a google review for them but there is not a mechanism for that.

If you were lucky enough to do this process with Noteworthy and find a scent you liked, this would be a great experience. But this process is not scientific or accurate and their promises of good customer service are entirely lacking. I would not encourage anyone reading this to waste their time or money. You're better off going into a store and working with someone who knows their scents.

ONLY ONE OF THE SAMPLES WORKED. ALL THE REST DID NOT SPRAY. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND PLEASE.

I took the test and chose 4 scents. All of them smell like cheap body sprays from when I was a teenager in the 80s. Another Instagram fail.

Absolutely thrilled with this company! My initial box was great but didn't have that perfect scent. Customer service was patient and knowledgeable in helping me find it, and they sent me a second tester box at no cost to me. I found what is without a doubt my favorite scent ever... I have now ordered from them multiple times, and couldn't be happier.

If you ever struggled to find the best scent for you, this is the answer…at least for me it was. You answer a few questions and they send you samples. Based upon the samples, you pick your favorite. I picked two scents. They were no more expensive than some of the designer brands. Best money spent💕
