I am unaware as to the status of my order. I e-mailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. Why?

Although the information was correct that I received the study guide. I got a lot of questions on the actual test that we’re not included at all on the study guide as far as second offenses and situational questions. I ended up not passing by one point, which was very disappointing. Seeing that I study quite a bit and passed every practice test.
