Every state has its own rules, the wrong version of a document gets sent back, and a visa interview or a closing date does not move just because the paperwork is confusing. So we built the service we wished existed. One number to call. A named specialist who owns your order from the first conversation to final delivery. A timeline and a price before you commit to anything. The work happens where your document does. We process every order in the state that issued it, with walk-in agents at Secretary of State offices and the U.S. Department of State where the fastest turnaround options exist, and established mail-in channels everywhere else. Embassy legalization is included when the destination country requires it, and every finished document comes back to you tracked. Processing starts at 1 business day for most states; standard mail-in takes about two weeks. Recent orders have included birth, marriage, and death certificates, FBI background checks, powers of attorney, diplomas and transcripts, corporate documents, and naturalization certificates. In the 12 months ending August 2026 we completed more than 1,800 orders for more than 1,500 clients, with documents going to more than 90 countries.
