This was very easy to understand and it was nice to be able to listen and read along at the same time. VERY happy with this class, already recommended it a few others.

I liked the class and could easily understand the material but when I went to take the test I had a hard time translating what I learned in the class to the test questions. The scenario test questions were much more difficult than what was in the class. I wished the class had prepared me for the more difficult questions. After taking the test I could see that they went easy on the sample test questions at the end of each chapter of the class. I would have preferred the more difficult questions.

I was not able to view previous units to look up information for clarification. Otherwise, it was great!!!

Really enjoyed the tutorials and examples used to assist with getting the main points across.
Information was presented in a well thought out manner.
I like how you could review the exam to see where any mistakes were made, certainly helps to know where you went wrong.

Comprehensive material, and each and every lesson includes a full audio recording, along with attractive visual aids. Study platform is easy to use and without any small visual bugs or spelling errors like you will occasionally see with other online education providers. Recommended!

The class was easy and easy to understand but it did not teach to the test. I was shocked at the question on the test that I did not know.

Many of my questions on the actual exam were not covered by your class.

I loved the experience with this online class. Very easy to use and informative.

Great program. Easy to understand and very informative. My only personal opinion is I wish I could have had the opportunity to retest on the quizzes. Even though I passed with over 70% I would of liked to have had the chance to score 100%. Would still recommend.

For an online course this was very informative with excellent questions between each section. Not only is the course thorough but the website and follow up emails give you a step by step guide for what to do next and how to proceed.

Material was good and seemed to cover what was needed. Clear vocals although sometimes a bit monotone. There was one very frustrating technical glitch with a quiz during lesson 6 when trying to retake where it did not display all questions, yet marked wrong the ones not displayed that took several attempts to correct. No response from customer service. Because of those two issues, my rating is lower and I may seek another online vendor next time.

Great easy way to learn about the laws, services, and everything else as a potential notary should know. I loved the fact it was taught in a verbal lessons as your would have in person! The illustrations added to the videos allowed me to follow along as well.

I've yet to take my exam, but I'm feeling confident I'll pass with no problems!

I highly recommend this course for continuing education. It's easy to use, the information is straight forward and you can re-play any sections as often as you want (I think). I intent to peer-review the sections I have the most difficult remembering before I sit for my exam in 3 weeks. I'm very happy I took this course and will use it again in 4 more years!

Notary Class Online was a thorough way to complete the requirements to renew my notary license. It would be helpful to have additional pratice tests available as a refresher prior to the proctored test. I will use this program again
