Not another healt guy gives helpful information that I couldn't find anywhere. My experience so far is great because everything is simple in the commynity and I'm ready to start! I have been feeling more and more tired and sick. My asthma has been nearly two years out of control and life is getting harder every day and it seems that nothing works for long.

This is definitely a different experience when it comes to other health apps. I love how interactive it is. I just started this journey and it looks like it will keep me accountable.
