Brilliant customer service!
Brilliant customer service and would definitely order again from this business.
I ordered from Not a Boring Box, but sadly it did not arrive and after a week I got in contact to ask where the order was. Lauren was incredibly friendly and so apologetic and turned out the delivery was damaged by the courier and they had not advised either of us of this issue. Lauren kindly sent a full replacement order without any questions and it was all dealt with so quickly - such brilliant customer service. So pleased with all my items, packaged beautifully and will definitely order from them again!

Amazing products & fast delivery
This is my go to online shop for home organisation. The products are so stylish and practical. The delivery is also really quick!
This time I bought the baskets - which look great for storing my cleaning products.
I also bought the grab and go playmat as a present. My sister in law loves it!

Great customer service
Great customer service, beautiful products and really high quality.
Not a boring box sorted out a small issue I had with the order immediately without any fuss. The trolley I ordered is great quality and looks so stylish in my kitchen. The glass jars are also very stylish and practical.

In term of the quality of the product, the boxes are made in Finland from food safe and BPA free plastic and have a 10 year guarantee as our manufacturer had made them to last. This is what makes up the price of the product.
As a small business we are reliant on amazing customers like yourself so it is also disappointing for us to see that you haven't had a good experience.

Ordered my SmartStore Collect Recycling and Storage Box online from Not a Boring Box. It was delivered by DHL as stated without any problems. I'm really pleased with the product – now I don't need several different bins/containers to sort my rubbish and it works as a seat too – great when you don't have that much room. Lauren from Not a Boring Box had opened my box and put a card in to say thank you for the order which was a nice human touch. The product feels well made and sturdy and each separate bin is reasonable large so room for several days of rubbish. It’s a well thought out bin compared to many I looked at and its design is nice and simple, well pleased.
