Our aim is simple: to make it easy for people to replace broken or lost frames, find a specific model they already like, or change their look without paying full retail prices. We photograph and list each frame individually, describe condition honestly, and keep our customer service human and accessible - if something isn’t right, we deal with it directly and fairly. Great concept. Was able to find exactly the frames I wanted at a fraction of the cost. Can filter by condition of frames which I thought was good. Bit of issue with my order as I paid for next day delivery, but my order was not processed in time. I did get a full refund for postage and frames did eventually arrive, but slow (about 2 weeks). Very happy with frames though. Great condition. So in the end pretty happy!
Say free returns - this is a lie as had requested multiple times to return items with no response so paid for return postage myself. 3 weeks later, no communication or refund so having to chase it up. They are happy to communicate quickly when you're buying but not in wanting to return or get a refund. Wouldn't recommend.
I have purchased glasses of of Nosey Specs for years and their service has never let me down. Everything I have purchased is great value for money and there is always a no quibble return. The BEST eyewear provider available in my opinion.

Ordered a replacement frame to repair broken ones.Frames arrived next day well packed .Changed over lenses.And just like new .Good service and free post.What not to like.
AVOID!! Beware they will ghost you!! Delivery was fine. Ordered 5 pairs of glasses to check what suited. Arranged return after trying them on. Was sent a fake bar code to scan for return. Wasted trip to post office. Contacted them again was told to pay for posting and they will cover it. Did this, sent, received at their side. Unable to contact and wont reply by e mail. Phone line is also not in service. AVOID!! Had to open a case through bank. Still awaiting money.
Good service, I had thought these were ex demo frames but turns out they were pre-owned. Still, clean & in good condition and a fraction of the high street price
