Terrible experience — do NOT buy from NoseSecret.com
I ordered the nose reshaping tool in XL size and was sent mismatched sizes: one XL and one medium instead of a proper pair. When I contacted the company to fix their mistake, the owner was incredibly rude and insisted they couldn’t possibly have made an error — even though I sent photographic proof!
Only after sending clear evidence did they agree to replace the item, but then had the audacity to demand I pay shipping again for their own mistake. When I refused, they blocked my PayPal account and never sent the correct item.
Honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The product itself is uncomfortable, potentially damaging, and definitely not FDA approved. There’s nothing safe or professional about this business or what they’re selling.
Avoid at all costs — don’t waste your money or risk your health.

I already got a Rhinoplasty after being blocked on PayPal since the incident. Now I have no need of your services, you're trying to sound all professional. Too late to apologize this cannot be rectified. This disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour needed to be addressed publicly and thank GOD! for trustpilot. I wouldn't even accept anything offered for free!
I have nothing to gain by falsely accusing nosesecret! AND... providing the order number is pointless! Though I would provide a screenshot of the email conversations but this is not featured on this site unfortunately.
This true story is too elaborate to be fake. So if anyone is dumb enough to waste money on this fraudulent website after reading my review, Good luck!! Your gonna need it.

To clarify our process: whenever a customer reports a defective or incorrect order, our team immediately reviews the fulfillment photos we take during packing. These photos show the shipping label, envelope, and items sent so we can verify what was shipped. If we find that an incorrect item was sent, we reship at no cost. If the photos show the correct items were sent but a reshipment is still requested after our evaluation, we reship as one time courtesy and ask the customer to cover the shipping fee.
We take great pride in our products. They are made in the United States using an FDA-compliant, high-quality plastic grade to ensure safety and reliability.
Email us with order number and full name to locate your order. We couldn’t find an email from you about this issue, so please get in touch directly so we can verify your order and assist you.
Many customers who reorder single pairs do so because they’re happy with the product, and we’d like to make sure your experience is positive as well.
