Very good and quick service

Very good and quick service, electric meter to a newly built premises was installed within 2 weeks. Norweb kept me updated all the way through from order date to installation.

Perfect

I've been with the company long time also seen them grow and expand . There service is absolutely spot on, very helpful cannot fault them. I recently had an issue with one of the meter and Adam one of the staff members help me to resolve the issue and he was with me right till the end and made sure it was all sorted . I would recommend them all day long. Now I'm thinking switching my business phone line with them and hopefully that should be sorted soon.

Absolutely top-class service from Faz…

Absolutely top-class service from Faz and the team at Norweb Energy. I’ve recommended them to many friends and not once has anyone had a complaint. They’re always professional, helpful, and genuinely care about people—I’ve even seen them go out of their way to help individuals who aren’t even their customers. That kind of support and honesty is rare these days. Highly recommend Norweb Energy if you’re looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused company!
