Norton Windows Omdömen

Had a wonderful experience with Norton Windows from start to finish. I called up to ask for a price for 10 windows and 2 doors. A representative came the same evening to give us a price. The windows and doors were measured up the following week, and then fitted 3 weeks later.
Everyone who visited our home was respectful and friendly. The fitters did a great job, and Nick’s attention to detail really showed how much he cares about his work. We are very happy with our new windows and doors.
Special thanks to Alison, Mike, Darren, Nick, and Kev for your excellent customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team replaced the bathroom window in my new house to a very high standard. They were professional, friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, the team at Norton Windows put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. We recently had our front porch and windows replaced, and the entire experience was excellent.

The installer was highly professional, courteous, and took great pride in his work. Both the porch and windows were fitted to an exceptionally high standard, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had throughout the installation.

As with any home improvement project, a few minor issues arose following the installation. However, these were addressed promptly within 24 hours, demonstrating Norton Windows' commitment to outstanding customer service and their dedication to putting customers first.

We have already received numerous compliments from neighbours on the transformation of our bungalow, with many commenting on how fantastic it looks.

We are delighted with the results and would not hesitate to highly recommend Norton Windows to anyone considering new windows or doors.

The guys were really good. They were on time. Fast and efficient. Tidied up when they were finished. Wholehearted recommended.

Good quality work. very professional from start to finish. Kept to appointment times. Fitters were reassuring and efficient throughout the day. Tidied up and talked me through everything. Would recommend!

From the pricing to fitting I can't fault this company.
Complete set of windows and door fitted within two days and we only waited about a month from placing the order.
The team who did the work were so helpful my mum who is 90 felt totally safe with them at the property she was so impressed with their work and how pleasant they were.
They fitting itself the work was spot on so clean and tidy no mess all her carpets and furnishings covered. She even changed her mind about a few details and they did the extra work with no extra charge and even suggested few extra touches again no extra charge.
All the work was checked before payment made.

From quote to job completion, everything was excellent. Communication, professionalism and aftercare were all fantastic. Used Nortom Windows before to have front of house windows and doors renewed. Was so happy with excellent service and products have used them again to have back of house windows replaced. As before, very happy with the results.

I needed 2 large square bays and 5 flat windows replacing. The work was carried out to a high standard, fitters respected my property and were very clean and tidy. I was kept up to date all along the way and the lads were friendly. I will definitely recommend this company.

After having such a nightmare with really bad building experiences Norton Windows were an absolute dream. After contacting them for a quote and being clear that the work had to be completed as soon as possible I was really impressed that within 3 weeks of the quote the work was carried out! The lads that came were friendly, tidy workers and nothing was too much trouble, they kept me updated so my anxiety didn't hit the roof. I received a phonecall the same day for feedback and an appointment to make the wall good. FANTASTIC would recommend to anyone!

We wanted new windows for our bungalow and Norton Windows were the company that jumped out
Such a very professional company from the salesman to the fitters they respected your property and cleaned up behind them
Our front door was delayed and the boss Kevin was so apologetic
They were so good our neighbours have booked them as well

Amazing work and time was spectatcular - they arrived at 8:15ish and got straight on - adapted to only working through the front door as cats locked into back rooms. Worked through rain and added extra beading which helps to reframe the window area and reduce dust and mold growth opportunities. They also advised us to change the upstairs bedroom to a safety glass.

Great customer service.
10/10 work.

Really pleased with the work done by Norton. Very professional from start to finish. No hard sell, which in itself was nearly enough to choose them over others, who liberally applied their ‘tricks’.
There were some hiccups, but for the size of the job (whole house window replacement plus brick work), you’d expect that. Norton sorted each matter quickly without fuss. The team were great.
I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Norton windows, even though they were fully booked they came to my rescue! When I had tried to fit my own windows and had broken two units! They were very friendly and understanding and very professional and did a fantastic job I can’t thank them enough and at a very reasonable price! When the original supplier would not answer the phone or help in anyway

Is it normal to be obsessed with staring at my windows and beautiful new doors every time I leave or approach my home!? Because that's what I do now!! We are absolutely over the moon with everything, from beginning to end nothing was too much bother or an issue for Norton Windows. Everyone I or my husband spoke to was professional, helpful and understanding of certain restrictions. When the day came to install, which was actually earlier than expected, I left the guys to it and was in and out running errands all day, I placed my trust in them all and I was not disappointed. As a lone female, all of lads made me feel comfortable in my own home whilst I was there. We arranged extras, such as plastering and additional lighting; I didn't know this was an option at first until we mentioned it at our initial meeting and I'm so glad we did! Our home is quite literally transformed, we get so many compliments on how wonderful it looks now, and I will forever recommend Norton Windows to anyone who will listen. They go above and beyond and I couldn't be any more grateful. Darren is wonderful, and both Kevs are fantastic but all the lads are an absolute credit to the company, if i could name them all I would!! Thank you so much, Norton Windows, for transforming my home, for being so accommodating and for making an anxious lady very comfortable. Thank you, we appreciate you!!
