Absolutely terrible. Bought something on the platform double price, tried to cancel and refund. Messaged every single day for 3 days no replies from seller and just got told by the platform to register and file something even more complicated. What a waste of time !!

This is an awful idea, is there a way to block it? it just slows web pages down and makes them really un-functional.

I made a purchase with LockedLoaded.com but one or two days afterwards the price drops by $53. I made a claim. In less than a week I have been notified that a refund of difference would in fact be mailed to me.

Norton Shopping Guarantee is baloney. It has been totally worthless. You’ve probably seen their logo on a website before guaranteeing your shopping experience. I needed them to act on their guarantee for an online furniture store named DCG Stores who sold me a damaged table, couldn’t replace it and wouldn’t issue a refund to me. I purchased the table on August 10th and today is Sept 15th. I never did receive a refund from DCG Stores and Norton didn’t do a thing about it even after I had sent them numerous messages detailing the issue I was having. Luckily, Visa refunded the purchase for me so now they are going after DCG Stores. Take my advice, never buy anything from DCG Stores and never purchase anything from a website just because Norton is guaranteeing your purchase because they obviously won’t do anything to help you if a problem with your purchase arises.

Tried to make a claim and was instructed to wait for a follow-up e-mail to explain the scenario.. Of coarse NO response and most people aren't going to follow up so why should they care. USELESS

This company guaranteed a purchase that I made online. When I reported the problem to them I found my online agent to be argumentative rather than a problem solver. I've always found Norton to be a reliable and honest company. This "Shopping Guarantee" venture certainly doesn't align with their other business's.

Got my money back with NSG after a merchant was unresponsive for over a month

I had purchased a car part from a site with this Norton guarentee over a month ago, worst online experience I've ever had in over 10 years. The claim is good for 30 days I waited 26 or 27 days before opening a claim. Says it covers purchases up to 1000$ I sent the agreement covering the benefits to the Norton chat and guess what no reply. I think all this does is open a little chat room where I'm free to send like 8 messages over a 1 week period (April 22 to April 29th- today) and not get 1 single reply. If I ever see a site that has this norton guarentee again I will take my business elsewhere as to not get scammed again. I'm out 175 bux and Norton has done 0 to help me.

This guarantee sounds great, that is until you try to use it. I hope the merchants don't have to pay for service as it is nothing short of a big lie. I "filed a claim" and couldn't believe all the "red tape" involved. I don't believe I'll believe anything positive about Norton ever again. Too bad!

I requested price claim and i got emails that I will get a refund in 3 weeks by checks. it has been a month and the claim will be expired on today.I didn't get any checks so I contacted them several times but no response no answer. waste time waste money, poor customer service. they didn't refund my $200.

Norton were meant to guarantee Cellphone cases but it took a long time for Cellphone cases to respond . Norton need to vet their companies to make sure they perform well if they are going to sustain credibility.
Having said that I gladly retract my previous review as Cellphone Cases have refunded my payment

I bought keto pills was supposed to be some for free. Ended up paying almost $300. Was able to contact and send product back. After it was received they were no longer answering my emails. Called norton shopping guarantee and was told that it was only a 30 day guarantee when my email shows 60 days. Called Norton and still waiting for it to be resolved.

if you back keto real then why cant this company give customers a address to send the product back. i assumed i was buying i bottle at 39.99 and then after you give them your number its 199.00 this is fraud and a scam i have sent them at least 20 e-mails i see where i am not the only one. so if you guarantee this send me the address so i can recover my money.

I wanted to try one bottle of there Keto BHB Real weight Loss Pills but when I brought up the ad and it asked for my Information to where to send it then it ask for your Credit Card Information, it doesn't show you how much for each bottle until the order is Complete, then after that it automatically orders a Package of 5 Bottles there is no option for just one Bottle and then it completes the order they took $199.00 out of my Bank account I then tried to Cancel the Order, I talked with them they wouldn't Cancel the order I've emailed them to get a Authorization Number to Send it back but no Reply from them For this Don't Order any of there Products you will lose out on your $$ I'm Contacting the Better Business Bureau on these People...

you do not trust the companies to which Norton provides a guarantee. I bought slimming pills from Keto Pure Diet from Donver USA. this company sent me completely different pills than I ordered. I immediately sent the goods to them and they only delayed their false e-mails and did not refund the money after 2 months. Delaying tactics are also practiced by Norton and in no way helped me. I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.
