Very helpful explain everything wasn't pushy

Very easy from start to finish. Kept up to date on all aspects of the application. All the people from Norton where very helpful especially Steve Bacon.

Great customer service helpful throughout the whole proceeding.
And very friendly and very patient

Have had a loan with Norton for the past 5 years, my husband lost his job so I called them to see if anything they could do. Very unsympathetic and to our shock the loan was then increased by £70 as the ‘fixed rate’ had come to an end! (Kick us while we’re down!!) …and they couldn’t offer us another fixed rate. Like previous reviews have stated they would rather you go further into debt than help!

Avoid these amateurs like the plague! I wanted a small short term loan for home improvement. They put me onto a company that charge a massive 99% interest. They are incapable of running a finance company.

From start to finish, the Team at Norton Finance were superb.
My case was possibly slightly different from normal requests.
But they went the extra mile in my opinion. Superb Service 100% recommend Norton !!

I couldn't have asked for a better service, all of the staff I spoke to were helpful and my advisor Rianna was outstanding and kept me inform with everything. She made sure I was given the best deal which worked for me. This is the second time of using them and both times I couldn't recommend them enough.

Rianna was excellent from beginning to end. She was very clear & upfront regarding options, interest rates & fees. She ensured we had all our paperwork in order and kept us informed during the process which was a lot quicker than we had expected. Feel in a better place financially now with some breathing space.

Liam Wood was brilliant and kept us informed. We unfortunately had a bad experience with an incompetent solicitor. Despite this, he negotiated with the lenders legal team. I would recommend Norton Finance for their efficiency and customer service. They softened the stress levels, and eventually when we got the funds, they followed up to check all was ok
