Extremely Happy with my new house. The house is built to a high standard, I have only had a few snags which was sorted very quickly. The Northstone people are very friendly and helpful, can only give them my best recommendations.

FAKEEEEEE!!! Dont buy! They dont offer return options either and will ignore your emails!

We couldn’t be happier with our Northstone home. It’s so refreshing to have a builder like Northstone enter the new build housing market, bringing a completely different approach compared to many traditional developers. We’re especially glad they’ve come to Lancaster.

The quality and design of the homes and the wider site are outstanding, with a stylish, modern feel throughout both the exterior and interior. The whole buying journey was smooth and enjoyable from the start.

Donna from the sales team and Jacob the site manager have both been exceptional and made us feel genuinely valued and supported throughout. Even after moving in, the aftercare service has continued to be excellent, and it’s clear they’re still genuinely invested in making sure we’re happy with our home — a bit like proud parents checking we’re settling in properly!

Northstone has been a breath of fresh air in the new build market and we honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Development in golborne is a logistic nightmare ie- barn lane vehicles alway doubled parked cant get a transit van down most of the time never mind large delivery trucks another street close by turton street schools no accses at all god help if theres a fire ,,fire engine would never got there.

Cant believe these people are thinking of using Barn Lane Golborne as an access to a building site. Your 100 meters from a corner and a school and its absolutely grid locked every day. If you are reading this you need to come and look before you do anything. Absolutely terrible what your thinking of doing impossible for trucks to go down there. If your thinking of using these id think again as their planning isnt very good and im sure this will be objected TERRIBLE PLANNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amazing house we love our new home

I've lived in my Northstone home for a year. There were some small snags at the beginning and they were fixed quickly once reported to the customer care team.

On the whole it has been a great experience living here. The bills are low due to energy efficiency, triple glazing etc. And they seem to care about creating a community. The design is definitely better than any new build I've ever seen.

For two years, there has been a decline in the quality of customer service. Numerous tickets, even those on the inspection list, have been closed without the consent of the owner. Service representatives occasionally visit, but subsequently discontinue contact without resolving the issues. Currently, homeowners are instructed to contact suppliers directly to claim their warranties. I am tired of chasing and monitoring whether my tickets being close suddenly by the company.

hey promise you it’s a top quality home with all the mod cons real wood floors top appliances and also comes with EV charger. We thought this is for us and with an EV charger it sealed the deal.
Well…..
Moved in dec 22 and nothing but problems that no one seems to want to fix! Full of faculae promises but no actions.
External door handles keep coming off in our hands, back door is that stiff to pull the handle to lock it you have to literally hang off it to close.
The wood floor!!! Erm vinyl panels that lift all the time. No wood in sight. The move in day opened the door and the house was dirty and dusty, they had only hoovered upstairs carpet but skirting boards and sides are dusty. floor glue literally all over the vinyl panels upstairs and down. Green fluid on doors and skirting boards, some doors cut 3” from the floors you can get your whole hand underneath. No EV charger for 7 months but only because I was complaining constantly as we have an electric vehicle. The heating was connected wrong the upstairs controlled downstairs and vice verser. Appliances x3 either don’t work or not working properly. Everything seems rushed and botched and the builders don’t seem to care they book a day and time to come then on the day make some excuse not to come or just don’t turn up. The amount of days I have taken off work is ridiculous. The money we pay for this property is really high so I expected everything to be working and what I signed for.
I would seriously think twice before buying/renting a property that had been built by northstone.

Lunatic drivers who blindly pull out in front of you and then give you the middle finger. Very unprofessional

Move in near a year many thing not yet fix many thing dont want to fix always said it is normal
