I have purchased with Northline Labs a bunch of times now and been very pleased with the process, and products. In a time when it's hard to find trustworthy sourcing, you can trust Northline!

Prices are some of the most, if not the most, affordable, out there. I received my order within a few days with standard shipping. Everything was as expected. No complaints. Will purchase again!

Shipping and product quality is good! However, customer service is poor. It takes days for them to respond back or they don’t respond at all. I would ask about wholesale or ambassador perks, they responded once but the other times did not get no response.

Ordered and arrived quickly. Only feedback is more direction about reconstitution and amount to use. Turned to the internet to find the info which isn’t always the best.

I’ve ordered 4 times from Northline; every order was on point except one order my package was either stepped on or smashed when I got it from UPS. They re-issue right away no questions.

Gonna give credit where it’s due, their SLUPP332 is legit! I used to pay about $240 for 10 mg this company charged me $155 for 20 mg. Initially I gave this company one star due to me paying 30 extra dollars for 2 day shipping, and not getting it until 5 days later, as well as not getting a response from the company, and after seeing this was an on going issue with other people, I really got worried that I was getting screwed over… it finally came today, I took it earlier and completely forgot about it. I went to the gym and had AMAZING ENERGY! Didn’t put 2 and 2 together until I remembered that I took it earlier… this stuff is amazing and for the price it’s unbelievable.. let it be known. I’m giving them 5 stars for the product NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, once you guys get that down nothing will stop your company, and coming from a business owner I suggest your outsource that, maybe to the Philippines for cheap and that will probably stop all of your negative comments... It’s crazy! When I gave them a bad review on trust pilot they replied to my comment on trust pilot within the same hour and said they were going to respond to me on my email and still haven’t by the way! So for that, I’ll still give them one star, but as far as the peptide goes I’ll give them a 10 out of 10 for their SLU 👍

Wish I’d read the negative reviews before ordering. Worst experience after having ordered from a few other peptide companies. To begin, paid for two day shipping and didn’t receive for 10 days as other reviewers have noted. But most egregious is that none of the vials have batch numbers that correlate with the COA published on their website and no printed COA came with my order. Dose written on the Reta vial was a completely different dose than the vial ordered. I would never ever feel safe using and conducting research with any vials that come from this company. Just outrageous, epically given that I spend $750 on my order.

Update: not sure why they’re pretending not to know about this order considering they’ve emailed admitting their mistake re wrong vial being sent. This still however does not address my concerns re safety of vials as batch numbers and lot numbers don’t correlate to what’s published on the site. This is the only peptide company I’ve seen have this discrepancy and not include COAs with orders sent.

Their reviews all have American names and horrible English that's been translated from Chinese. This company is NOT third party tested. They are a Chinese company shipping from over seas with untested chemicals. I tested the Retarutride and it was only 42% pure. This is a health risk.

Update: I sent all the proof to northline labs and they doubled down that their reviews are authentic when it's a name like Jeff Kyle and the message is like "Purchased Times many and Can't I get enough! Incredible generosity of this peptide man journey!"

Bought northline labs retatrutide 20mg and it was delivered from a home address. I have sent numerous emails and texts asking why and to send me cert on this product but keep getting the run around. I’ve taken the product for over a month and don’t believe it is legit. I previously purchased from peptide science but they went out of business. So I know what I should be feeling with the product. Very disappointed

**BEWARE** Read multiple reviews of people not getting their product, but decided to take a chance based off the good reviews. I spent over $150 dollars with this company and received a tracking number but says the packages is delayed with no updates. I have tried contacting the company through their website and have had no luck. Seems like this site is a total scam. Save your time and money and look somewhere else.

I paid extra for 2 shipping and didn’t receive the product for almost 10 days. Tried email and calling the company no answer. their Reta Is fake been taking it 3 weeks and absolutely no benefits or improvements on hunger curve. I’ve taken Reta from another company and had results in 2 weeks. Do not waste your money or time on their overpriced fake products

I feel like once the situation is 100% this will be a 6 start review. I will definitely be back to share my experience, which most likely is a positive one.

I initially had an issue with my order that almost required escalation, but once I began that process, I was contacted immediately and the situation was addressed quickly.

Not only did they correct the issue, but they also made an effort to make it right, which I really appreciated. Communication was direct and responsive, and they provided updated shipping with tracking.

In a space where it can be hard to know who to trust, their willingness to step in and resolve things stood out. Looking forward to receiving everything and continuing a smoother experience moving forward.
