Normie & Company Omdömen

We did not sell through normie but purchased a property up with normie. They where very helpful throughout the purchase and communicated well between the seller and ourselves and did everything they could.

Excellent service from Nigel, kept me updated throughout and was always helpful if I called with a question. The sale went very smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend.

I was so happy with the service Josh and the team at Normie & Company provided, from start to finish. From the excellent marketing of the property through to the recent completion of sale. Finding a buyer and securing a sale, even in these difficult times has been a tremendous result. Thank you to the whole team

I can't thank Josh and the team at Normie & Co enough for all of their hard work, diligence and efforts in making a complicated chain happen rather than collapse.

You have been amazing and I don't think this would have happened without you.

Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent service

Josh at Normie & Co was attentive, responsive and pro-active throughout my property purchasing process keeping me updated at all stages and ensured completion within very tight time deadlines. Thoroughly recommend such a professional and helpful company.

Great experience selling our grandparents house. Special thanks to josh. Xx

Fantastic from start to finish. Nigel found us a buyer before our property even went on the market! The local knowledge & personal service really made a difference.

Thank you Natalie and the team in Prestwich! Always helpful and really on the ball!

Having handled both our sale and purchase - Normie were excellent throughout. Wonderful team and can’t recommend high enough.

Its been a pleasure through rough times, but herewe are at the finshing line.

Thank you all for everything,
Jackie Stuart.

Professional and honest agents! They answered every query that we had and always fulfilled promises. Nigel went above and beyond to help us and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend these agents.

Recently sold my property with Normie & Co after using them previously to buy a property. Nigel was able to support us through the sale and provide updates on the sales progress. Many thanks.

I had no plans to become a landlord, but I inherited a property, and had no way to manage it myself, as I was living abroad and travelling for work.

Normie has provided me with turnkey service on this property, taking care of the tenant, maintenance and repairs, any and all paperwork, and have done a great job at handling a client who was in difficulty, to everyone's satisfaction.

I have found them to be unwaveringly kind, thoughtful and competent, and great at keeping in touch, which is almost entirely by via email these days. I can't say that I love being a landlord, but Normie makes it painless.

I have been with Normie & Co about three years I get great service never have to worry about anything. And kept informed all the time and can call in or phone any time very nice staff just very good

We went to Normie & Co because they had dealt with a previous sale and purchase for us in the past.
Nigel, who had been our contact previously, worked with us once again with the valuation and the sale. He is absolutely brilliant at his job and is so professional but very friendly at the same time. Our house sold on the first day of arranged viewings which was mainly due to his advice on how to make our house attractive, but real, to buyers.
We are currently buying another property which was advertised with a different estate agent, and the difference in quality of service is already apparent.
The service from Normie & Co is second to none and I have and will always recommend them.
