So far so good
So far so good. I've only been investing for 2 months so I can't speak to the long term viability of this as an investment. However, the interest is paid on time and is the expected amount. It was easy to invest.

I've been really happy investing with norhart. I've been working on my financial situation and was happy to find a place to get even better interest rates than my HYSA or CDs. One thing I've really appreciated is how responsive their customer service is. They've emailed me back so quickly in response to my inquiries. I originally purchased a 6 month note but am about to get a note with longer terms to get the higher rate.

A reliable and promising business
Update as of 11/28/2024:
I finished my third round of successful with Norhart on 11/15 and received the full Principal + Interest. Appreciate the whole Norhart Team for their hard work to make this opportunity possible.
This is an update to my original review made on 01/05.2024.
Just wanted to inform that I finished another round of successful transaction with Norhart with receiving the principal and interest promptly and in full.
Thank you Norhart Team.
I've made two small investments with Norhart and so far have had a positive experience with them. This firm has done a great job of setting up a platform for individual investors to participate in a business operation that provides valuable services to its community and in doing so, mutually benefits all parties involved. I look forward to a long term relationship with them subject to prudent risk management and operational efficiency to meet their obligations with respect to investors.

Norhart is great !
Norhart is great !! Classic CD’s with high rates. Now up to 10% .. easy to start , simple informational dashboard , interest compounded daily and paid on the 15th of every month. I have one CD now and plan to be a lifer !!

Thanks Matt! I'm really glad you like the platform! One thing I should point out for the readers is that while we offer a product like a CD, we are not FDIC insured. We do take steps to protect investors funds. For example, we invest our own capital and if there ever was a loss in our apartment investments, then our invested capital would be used to cover that loss.
