Easy to buy their products not easy when you have been sent the wrong prescription lenses for meta quest 3. 4 days and still no response, from me sending a "message" daily. I totally regret paying this company any money and would advise spending your money with a different 3rd party company.
Customer service is none existant if you have a problem!
Edit: it is now the 11th of june and not a single reply..
Better off buying cheap knock offs from temu

I love my headset. I purchased the comfort pack and was even more satisfied. Had a problem a few months ago with my account and customer service was punctual and helpful. I have no complaints only thanks.

To start I want to say how great the service and ease of buying the battery pack was, I know nothing about anything tech related but thankfully the information on each product helped me alot,the delivery was way faster than I expected which when you leave it so close to the birthday is great peace of mind, my son is over the moon with the pack as he can now play as long as he wants with it so not hearing the moans of low battery life is a big plus for me.

As much as I'd love to give a higher rating, I can't. Within 4 months of owning my headstrong, the plastic tabs that help tighten it have both broken, making the meta now useless as I can't play it. I have attempted to repair it myself, but nothing seems to hold the tabs.

I purchased the extended battery and comfort strap bundle around December, 2024. My son is incredibly happy with it overall, and is an avid gamer who uses his Quest 2 very often, and the extended battery and comfort strap has enabled him to have hours of play time and maximized enjoyment. So this is great!

We had a small piece break off recently and it has been dealt with incredibly professionally by the NordQuestVR support team. We are very satisfied with their products.

Given we are about 6 months in on this purchase, and the amount of accumulated hours on the gear, I'd say this is considered a long-term review and that the hardware has definitely held up.

I really love the Comfort Strap and battery pack for my quest 3. I chose to drop the rating due to the clips that attach to the battery pack. I'm a daily user and in a short amount of time the clips have broken. So now I need to delicately place my VR on my head and then tighten. It doesn't affect my game play but it is rather annoying.

Awsome best investment into my meta quest 3 I hated the battery running out after less then two hours now with the battery pack I now get 5 to 6 hours much better and very comfortable and weight balanced.
I also had a very fast delivery just on one week so I would highly recommend especially if you hate running out of battery half way during a play session.

So far so good only time will tell constable enough lasts quite a bit

Do not purchase from this company. Products are poor and do not function as intended. I reached out to CS for assistance at time of purchase - no response. I responded directly to "frank" from their mails and it's clear by his response that no one knows what they are doing.

I have contacted them again recently. Now they have a policy where you need to send a video of any issues. Any time I now send an email their mailing system rejects it as spam.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Seemed great when arrived. Although the rear sticky applications have failed do it hangs off the back part. Also the batteries no longer seem to charge inside the remotes so now having to charge the batteries individually straight into them. It’s good piece of kit but shame about these bits

Without this headset, I would not be able to play for more than 10 minutes. It’s been awesome. I also got the protective bundle, which has been great and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

The head strap sucked and I feel like the only reason they did this was to sell other accessories.
