Absolutely no customer service. My order could not be received and was sent back. They ignore all attempts to communicate.

Do not use them! I ordered nasal sprays with 2 days shipping for 30 bucks more because they need refrigeration. They arrived 5 days later with a warm mini ice pack. And guess what... the info@nootropic for customer service... no response. Total sham I am out $150

Apparently I’m an idiot for taking advice from random Reddit people, but they just straight up don’t send orders. They update the site to stay relevant with current trends, but it’s a scam site. At least my lesson wasn’t as expensive as it could be.

They don't send out orders, they took my money, ghosted my emails, and i never got my money back. I have been waiting 2 months, zero response.

Order "on hold" despite payment confirmation on Dec 14. I have not received any communication explaining the hold. I would greatly appreciate a status update.

Gave me a tracking number that randomly stopped updating, when I reached out after 15 days of no updates I was ghosted. No way to get a refund or to resend the order. Just a scam.

Used to be a great site and my go-to for nootropics. Sometime recently, as of October/November 2025, they stopped processing all orders and have stopped communicating with customers.

I noticed something was wrong when I tried to send payment to them via Zelle, and the transaction was flagged multiple times as malicuous. Upon further investigation, numerous people have commented that they have paid hundreds of dollars recently and never received a shipment notification, and that their support e-mail is no longer responding to e-mails.

DO NOT send them your money or crypto. Although their site is still accepting payments and the domain is up, the site is effectively dead. I have since switched over to Umbrella which is a fair bit more expensive, but is a much more accountable and reliable site as they don't rely on Zelle, cashapp, or other non-accountable forms of payment where you have zero recourse.

Ive been ordering from them for years… I have recommended probably six other people to them who have also purchased from them multiple times. There’s no telling how many thousands of dollars I have brought them in the last 2 to 3 years… however, all that has changed. I recently placed an order and paid it… then I realized I needed to get some other stuff so I placed a second order that same day… I sent them two payments in one day. Hundreds of dollars… sent through cash app… Basically, if they don’t honor your purchase, you have no recourse. You can’t get a refund or anything like that because you’re basically sending money to a friend and trusting them… well they broke that trust. They did not send this order out. It’s been over a week and it’s still on hold. The most frustrating part is that I have reached out to them about five or six different times through different means trying to get an answer. Their website says that they respond within 24 hours, but they have not responded to a single email of mine. I have emailed them from multiple email addresses, always referencing my order number, I have replied to some of their old emails (order confirmation emails) I have even tried submitting a ticket to their website… they have not responded one time. My 160 bucks is gone, they never shipped the product out, and it has caused me to mess up a research cycle that I have been building up for a month… I would understand if they were just out of stock or backed up or something, but it’s the lack of communication that troubles me so much… they simply refuse to acknowledge the email… so at this point, they’ve left me no choice. If anyone else is having an issue like this with them, here’s what I suggest you do… This will get their attention…. Report them as fraudulent to both cash app and Zelle… they get a lot of orders through those channels. I don’t really want to do this… But they’ve left me no choice. They have stolen from me and they are not making it right. They are ignoring me so they have committed fraud…. You can email Cash app and tell them. you can also email Zelle… Both companies will freeze their account and they will not be able to take payments this way anymore… It’s sad that a company like this would force a longtime customer to do something so drastic… But they don’t seem to realize that the power really is in the consumers hand… I may never see my money again… But there’s no telling how many orders are being processed through those two channels right now and both cash app and Zelle will freeze all of it if they are being dishonest. In the meantime, there are plenty of other suppliers that ship these products out if your research gets backed up because of these people… I am going to give them 24 more hours before I report them as fraud. I’ve already waited over a week… But I’m telling everybody here right now, if nootropic source does this to you, there is your remedy… You probably won’t get your money back but at least they won’t be able to rip anybody else off.

I placed two orders on 13 November and paid immediately in Litecoin. Both orders have been stuck on “Processing” ever since. No updates, no shipping notice, nothing.
I sent multiple emails to customer support, including through their recommended “Cryptocurrency Error” channel. Not a single reply. Not even an automated acknowledgment.
Their website says orders ship Monday–Friday and that crypto orders must be confirmed by 2–3pm EST — fine. But it’s now been weeks, and they clearly don’t honor their own timelines or bother replying to customers who already paid.
Right now, this feels like a black hole:
They take your money and then disappear.
Until they fix their customer service and actually ship paid orders, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. There are other suppliers who at least respond when you reach out.

I ordered from them and took them over a week to confirm my order and send it out, which was an automatically generated email. They never replied to a single email of mine inquiring about my order.

Then my product was rejected at customs and sent back to them (I have tracked it) and I have sent many emails without a single response for 2.5 months now. They do not communicate with you whatsoever and my order was a large order. Their stuff is legitimate as I have ordered from them many times before, but this is just not cool. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!

Go elsewhere. damaged product came, nobody responded to multiple emails.

Ok so I said I would post a follow up for the purposes of quality since my 1st review established legitimacy. The honest truth is beyond my own personal consumption of the products I purchased I can't say that I've had the stuff lab tested etc. etc. blah blah, know it all n' stuff. What I can say for certain is that the products I purchased are effective. I do feel nootropic-ee and cognatively ehanced as described by the compounds I purchased and I'm pissing blue. Lol So there you have it. Either these guys are a sometimes good and sometimes bad type of organization or.... or the negative reviews that have been posted were the result of some form of cosmic karmic events experienced by the poster, I can't be certain what happened to them. I can however tell you with absolute certainty that my maiden voyage with Nootropic Source has been a positive and legitimate purchasing experience.
But to keep things fair. I will post once again wence I make another purchase.

Prior to my last order on May 1, 2025, I had placed several orders and everything went reasonably well. I had read negative reviews claiming this vendor is a selective scammer or just wildly inconsistent. I suppose it was just a matter of time. Last order received in early May appears to be a contaminated product (the oxiracetam powder is nothing like what I have received in the past from this vendor and from others). I sent several emails simply asking for them to review the batch and explain from their perspective what happened. All of my emails have been ignored, and now a month has passed. Why not just issue a credit, or explain your position? Very easy to do. Disappointing.

I've ordered from this site several times in the past with no problems. I placed an international order March 4 (my fourth order from this site) and after receiving my crypto payment it has not been shipped and no update has been given. I contacted support mid march and was told it would ship in 2-3 days, and no update has happened yet. Disappointed because I've had good experiences with this site in the past, but I would not trust them any more.

Then a shipping company will contact you in a couple weeks asking for hundreds of dollars to ensure the package gets there safely. It is a duplicate website a complete copycat website the only difference is there is an S at the end of the name of the copycat website beware

I ordered Piracetam from them March 9th at 10PM,they shipped it March 10th at 1:47PM
and provided me with a tracking number.
I kept tracking but for some reason it wouldn’t update,so I panicked a little because of the negative reviews,but on Saturday March 15th I got a notification from the post office that it was delivered and I did get it at 10AM Saturday March 15th.
I will order from them again since they give the greatest amount for your money.

I ordered this nootropic long time ago and still has not arrived. Tracking stopped and hasn't budged from the location. Time passed and still no changes. I emailed customer service several times without a response. I would have ordered continuously but now I have lost confidence. They took the money and did not care if I had received the product. I assumed the product was at customs. I inquired with customs and they said they never received the item. Not sure why they wouldn't respond. Could be a scam.
