Nookvely Omdömen

I ordered an item. When I got the tracking info, it said it was undeliverable. I should have been alarmed when the tracking had mention of the package's progress, but USPS's standard of filling in the bubbles next to the progress was not followed. Their solution: they could resend and charge me again for item and shipping... or,ask for a refund. Their refund policy: the cost of the item and shipping would be deducted from the refund amount. Also note that shipping was supposed to be free. Please note I found almost the exact same item from Amazon for less. TOTAL SCAM!!!

The book came in bent from packaging and the front wording is not centered on the page. It seemed to be slapped together. It will work for what I want to do but not the best quality.

I bought a car seat with them and they send it to another state.

Shipping too longer than expected
Product doesn't work...waste of money

Wonderful book! Perfect for my daughter‘s boyfriend who I don’t know what to get for Christmas. I will fill it with gift cards and cash for each category. He will absolutely love it!

Cheap plastic bag pierced by drill bits. Not certain they are all there. Difficult to fit to drill. Not worth the price.

Product delivered sooner than expected and very happy

Nice, for early xmas gift

Nessun intoppo e merce consegnata con tempistiche adeguate

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product, considering the exorbitant price.
The book didn't bear any resemblance to the one shown in the Facebook listing, which appeared to show a quality hard backed book, not a cheap paperback. Geoff Pratt.

This site is a scam. I placed an order and never received it. They stole my money. When I contacted them they told me the product had already been shipped and they could not refund my money but couldn’t provide any shipping information either and then stopped responding to my inquiries.

Despite a little issue at the start it was quickly rectified and would have no problem dealing with this company again.

Exception service, from submitting order to receipt in Australia. Unbelieveable thankyou

I tried to cancel the order shortly after ordering the under cabinet lights. They kept giving me the excuse that they were on vacation. Then they asked me to stop sending emails because it would confuse them. I contacted PayPal and they're "investigating" the situation. I've asked for a full refund but they keep sidestepping me. Now I'm told my package was delivered...to Miami, Florida! I live in the middle of Ohio. Save your money and don't buy from these crooks. I'm not happy with PayPal either.

Easy to order delivered in a timely fashion and works great!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but the company makes it incredibly difficult to get a response or reach customer service. They do not clearly state their location or business address, and their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this store. Save your money and shop elsewhere

The online was completely misleading for what I received versus what was shown. These units sent work but are not what I was expecting and are also a lower quality than the units in the ad. I have the same ones shown in the ads so yes I know the difference.
