Nook Saunas UK Omdömen

Easy purchase and quick delivery. Only took 2 weeks from paying to sitting inside the heat. Delivery and installation was simple. Professional build taking an hour. Then good to go straight away. Have used it everyday and already sleeping better and feel great.

Just installed today by Nathan & Henry. They were superb, nothing was too much trouble and all done within half a hour. The quality looks great and I can’t wait to try it out.

I have just had a sauna installed and the guys who came to carry out the install were fantastic! Henry and Nathan were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The customer service was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Another satisfied client! Well done lads.

Installment by Henry and Nathan was top class. They explained everything fitted it quickly and left me with a smile and a beautiful Sauna. Thanks guys

I’ll be totally honest—contacting Nook with a product question was a bit of a frustrating experience. The phone lines were never answered, live chat didn’t respond, and my emails went unanswered.

In the end, I managed to find the information I needed by scrolling through various forum Q&As.

After placing my order, I was given a three-week lead time. However, the following week I received a call from one of the installers, who was incredibly helpful. He answered a few more questions and let me know they could fit the sauna the following week, reducing the order-to-delivery time to just under two weeks.

On the day of installation, I received a text with a two-hour delivery window, which was really helpful.

Long story short, the space for the sauna was absolutely millimetre-perfect. What I hadn’t accounted for were the quick-release clips, meaning it initially wouldn’t fit. Ryan and Terry went above and beyond, spending well over an hour carefully adjusting the sauna to make sure everything fit perfectly. Their service far exceeded what I expected from a standard delivery and installation.

I’m extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service from Ryan and Terry. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for the effort they put in.

Terry and Ryan put up my sauna today. Fantastic customer service and very polite.

Up in 20 minutes and gave me a full brief on how to use

Excellent!!! Highly recommend.
Everything I've experienced with Nook from the ordering to the delivery has been effortless.

Henri and his team were awesome when fitting our elite 3 person sauna together, really polite and took his time to throughly explain its settings and care advise.

Very good experience. Jack and Henry arrived on-time, extremely polite, very fast installation and answered any queries I had.

I can't recommend enough - great stuff.

Terry and Ryan from Nook Saunas in Bristol did a fantastic job installing my one person sauna. Arriving on time, they quickly and efficiently set it up, and then patiently explained the controls to me, a technophobe, in a way even I understood! The controls are easy to use even for me. I love my new sauna and unreservedly recommend this service and sauna. It's attractive to look at too and does not take up much space. I especially enjoy the convenience of the electric cord coming off the top of the sauna. Well designed. Highly recommended all round!

Jack arrived with the sauna and set it up super quick and explained it all in detail. Thank you for a speedy service from ordering to installation. Can't wait to start using it !

Lads were brilliant, easy set up….very happy

Excellent service from our first enquiry to installation after a lot of research we put our trust in nook saunas and we couldn’t be happier easy to use brilliant instructions on handover and the sauna is amazing thank you

Great experience. Can’t fault delivery and fitting by Jack & Nathan. Great set up, even swept up afterwards!

Excellent service from the start of ordering to the installation and beyond. The installation team of Bill & Mark were very professional and explained how everything worked. Very happy with the quality of the product. There was a little issue with the door handle but that was sorted swiftly with no fuss. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Henry and Nathan installed the sauna very quick and professional and made sure everything was working. They noticed a small damage on the left panel and said this would be replaced - I wouldn't have noticed it. It was replaced a couple of days ago by Jamie and Nathan2, again faultless service and completed in 30 mins. I love the sauna, use it most days first thing and have already noticed after 8 sessions that the chronic pain I had I'm my right arm is so much better. Would give six * if I could.

Customer service second to none,Jack and Henry arrived punctually were friendly and polite.
The installation was carried out efficiently and we were instructed on how everything worked.
Extremely pleased with the product, service and the Company thank you

From placing my order on the 21st May to receiving delivery and instillation of my Nook Elite 3 person sauna on the 5th June 2026 everything was a real pleasure to deal with. I received quick correspondence with regards arranging a date after purchase with good follow up to check everything was still good to go the day before.

Terry and Jordan were very professional on arrival introduced themselves made sure access was suitable and explained how they would be installing. In what felt like no time whatsoever they had 3 boxes unloaded opened and the parts assemble in location with brilliant efficiency. Terry then went through the checks to make sure all was working properly and explained the operating of it to me. The guys cleaned up all package and took away with them as well which saved me a trip to the local recycling centre for the boxes.

The product is also brilliant. I set it heating for the first time that evening on return from my run, done some stretches and got it when it was around 45deg, very quickly I started building up a sweat and the temperature rose to 60 within around 15/20 mins I had to get out to cool for the first time. I paused the heating at this point and after 15mins got back in and set it to max again, after another 15mins it had hit that and I had exit for second time. It’s very efficient and I felt really good after another cool off and heat cycle.

I can definitely recommend getting one, for the price, tech and quality of build and install if a home infrared sauna is what you want this has to be right up there at the top of the list.

Hired for a month to have a try, will consider purchasing in the future.
Quick and easy instalation and removal.
Friendly delivery drivers and great communication with Jack to arrange delivery and collection.
Great team

Terry and Ryan arrived on time; were courteous and careful in their installation. We're also excellent in explaining the controls and required care to my wife who is a technophobe. Just had first session. Loved it.

Very quick delivery from order. Arranged a week before with a time window tbat narrowed the closer we got to the delivery date. On the day they came all the way from Bristol to Kent. Build setup and handover took 40mins. Very good experiense working with Terry and Ryan
