Working with Fabio on the interior of my new-build apartment in was, without question, one of the best decisions I made in the entire purchase process. I've worked with many professionals over the years, and Fabio stands in a category of his own. What follows is a long review, but he deserves every word of it.

Fabio designed the interior of my apartment from top to bottom, and the result is simply beautiful — cohesive, elegant, and perfectly suited to the property and to how I actually live. But what elevates his work beyond good taste is his obsession with detail. Nothing was left to chance or approximation. Every finish, every fixture, every measurement was considered, checked, and checked again. The final result is not just attractive; it is meticulous, and that level of precision is rare.
The Right Team, Every Time
A designer is only as good as the people executing the work, and Fabio brought all the right people. Every tradesman and supplier he engaged was skilled, professional, and reliable. There was no chasing, no excuses, no weak links. He assembled and coordinated the entire team so seamlessly that I never had to intervene — everything simply got done, and got done well.
Flawless Cost Records and Total Transparency
Fabio kept amazing records of every cost throughout the project. At any moment I knew exactly where things stood — what had been spent, what was committed, and what remained. In a field where budgets so often drift and paperwork so often goes missing, his transparency and organization gave me complete confidence and peace of mind.
Supervision and Advocacy While I Was Away
I was abroad for much of the project, and this is where Fabio truly proved his worth. He supervised everything on-site in my absence — and not passively. He liaised directly with the developer's sales office on my behalf, and he went over the construction itself with a fine-tooth comb, catching things I would never have seen even if I had been there. He didn't just manage my project; he looked out for me. I always felt I had someone on the ground protecting my interests as if they were his own.
Responsiveness, Flexibility, and Patience
Throughout the entire process, Fabio was highly responsive — questions were answered quickly, decisions were never left hanging, and communication was constant and clear. He showed remarkable flexibility as plans evolved and genuine patience with every change and question. Working with him from a distance was effortless, which says everything.

Designer, project manager, site supervisor, advocate, and problem-solver in one. For anyone buying or finishing a property in Fuerteventura — especially owners who cannot be on-site themselves — I recommend Fabio without a single reservation. He is worth every cent, and then some.
