Process of ordering was fine. The collar is sturdy and fine, just not as expected. I think I would be better with the handheld remote device. It would be good to provide customers with information regarding possible returns up front. I’m returning the collar after I receive information on how to proceed.

I somehow managed to get duplicate…
I somehow managed to get duplicate orders and got charged for 4 bark collars, instead of just 2. So I’m sending 2 of them back for a refund.

I tried to order one collar and got…
I tried to order one collar and got charged for five. Tried to cancel immediately but told that was not possible already was in process at warehouse. Received five collars and have emailed five times trying to get return instructions for just delivered unopened collars for refund. Not getting any instructions or help. Have sent original email with order number to them but thus far nothing. This company seems to be fraudulent or a total scam with how they check out your purchase. This is very frustrating since items will not be used or will be opened. Did not even realize order had been completed until price of five collars was deducted from my PayPal account. Completion of transactions is very sketchy. This happened March 31, 2026. Have been trying ever since to get this corrected.

When I received both of the collars
When I received both of the collars, we started both of my golden retrievers out on them at a four on each of the options, vibrate, shock and sound. None of the options work for them to quit barking. They recognized that the sound is there and they look at me like I have rocks in my head and continue to bark so we upped the strength of each option and nothing changed. Got up to an eight and today I just decided to stop shocking them and try something different. Not sure what that’s going to be.

I can’t give a real rating when u ask for rating before my issue is resolved.
I ordered one bark collar today and was…
I ordered one bark collar today and was charged for 5 ! I tried to cancel it immediately but as it’s Easter Saturday I’ve not heard anything yet. I emailed immediately cancelling both orders. I am now waiting a reply and also a complete refund. I shall be back with an update as soon as I have one along with my refund.

Collar too big for smallish dogs
The collar seemed to be well made and the instructions were easy enough to follow, but it is not a collar for medium-small to small dogs. The collar was too big for my dog even on the tightest length. To make matters worse. Getting return information has been a nightmare. They want me to pay to ship it back, which is not ideal but it’s fine. But I have asked for the address to return it twice now and I just keep getting replies telling me to keep it and they will give me a percentage of my refund (25% and 45%) I don’t want to keep something I can’t use. I want to send it back and get my FULL refund. I’m not sure why you can’t find the order with the order number I provided because the customer service rep was able to with no problem.
