Order a rocking chair from this site was supposed to be delivered last Monday still waiting SCAM do not Order from them

Placed an order for a rocking chair in August chased and chased by email
The links didn't work for shipment and tracking all removed never received anything website doesn't even work now

scammers.. Same as below.. Wrong tracking number given originally.. New tracking number given.. Supposedly delivered today to a garage that I don't have!! Emails bounced back... Instagram account gone... I'm really pissed off and will never do that again!!

No stars… think I got scammed on this one for first time online. No delivery , wrong postcode to track with evri - which it would not be as paid online. Will contact bank and see if I can get money back that way

Ordered a rocking chair from this company. Received an Evri tracking number and guess what? The item was delivered. Do not buy as its a scam. They give you an Evri tracking number but when you try to enter your postcode it comes up as invalid postcode so you can't actually track your item. You can't even contact them via email as it just bounces back. Please avoid this company!

Exactly the same happened to me, no chair and emails being bounced back

No delivery, no contact and incorrect tracking info. Can't follow up because the website is down and their email isn't responding. Pissed off and won't be doing this again in the future.

If I could give this company no stars I would, same problem as the other reviewers says it’s been delivered but have had no chair email doesn’t even exist. Can’t talk to anybody. Can’t get a refund

Abbiamo acquistato la sedia a dondolo e un set di posate a 0€ (!!!) dopo aver visto un annuncio su FB. Pagato 39€, ricevuto mail di conferma e ordine spedito, e alla fine il pacco risulta consegnato in un altro paese. Mail inesistente così come nessuna risposta arrivata al form di assistenza.

I haven’t received my chair and the tracking shows it has been delivered to another country!! I can’t email them because the email doesn’t exist anymore!

Scam. Do not buy. It's all fake. I will never receive the 2 rockchairs.

SCAM. Ordered rocking chair for £35 and it never showed up. Their email address bounces back once a couple of days pass. Beware.

If I could give them 1 star I would. I ordered a rocking chair on 16 August and am still waiting now! Was given shipping information. Then when I followed it though to EVRI they said I had the wrong postcode. I then contacted Nomi Decor and they said that they were sorry and that I had received someone else’s tracking information and that they were resending the chair and a blanket to recompense. Yet again, they have given me tracking information that doesn’t make sense. I go to email them again and now my emails bounce back and say they have rejected them.
Stay away - you will not get what you order. £35 stolen.

Unable to contact, no status update, definitely a scammer unfortunately. Beware because their marketing and website are very deceptive.

I stupidly (I know better) saw the rocking chairs on Facebook and bought two. Got tracking details which say delivered, cannot enter my postcode as it says it’s incorrect to find full tracking.
I contacted Evri who confirmed that the details I were given were for someone else and nothing to do with my order.

Emails bounce back and when you contact them through their website you’re ignored.

I put a claim in through my credit card company and they have paid me back. I then receive and email from “Nomi” telling me my order was delivered with the same tracking details and if I have a problem to contact support (which you can’t) and then asking me to contact my
Bank and change the claim! Don’t think so!!

Also scammed by a social media advert. Ordered the chair never arrived. Emails bounce back.
Unable to contact anyone.

I ordered the rocking chair honestly I normally know better than to order from an advert on FB but website all looked good. Order did not arrive can not get in touch with the company emails bounce back as email address not existing.

Do not buy from this website - it’s a scam. I naively purchased a rocking chair after an advert popped up on instagram, for the first time ever. I’m usually super sceptical, so checked out the website and was satisfied with what I saw.
I bought the chair and received an email updating me that the product purchase was successful and to expect my delivery within 2-4 business days.
Since then, no communication has been had, the company are uncontactable as the email address provided bounces back as undeliverable and the shipping company is non responsive.
Please save yourself the time and money and avoid at all costs.
