Purchases made June 2025 and Dec 2025. I’ve bought quite a few items. I love linen. But unfortunately, I can’t recommend them. The sizing is very unusual-I’m 5’11 and 138 lb and small Sadhu pants fall off. They’re heavy linen-not suitable for travel unless you take many suitcases. The Dune linen shirt in small is massive. The Mara linen jumpsuit I bought in small. It’s huge and the back is not flattering. When I reach up, it’s a bit short in the body. The Blum shrug is a huge problem. It sheds like crazy. I’ve put it in the dryer on air dry as advised by the company-no better. I shake it out over and over. No better. I finally wore the jumpsuit with the shrug yesterday-covered in lint. Shrug is charcoal and jumpsuit is oatmeal. Not a good look to be covered head to toe in dark lint. Basically the shrug is unwearable. It is also useless for plane travel-too heavy, doesn’t wrap around you. So no, I don’t recommend.
I’ve purchased a few items from Nomad the Label and unfortunately my experience has been inconsistent.
The most recent issue was with the Yves Cargo Top. As this is a cooler weather piece, I had only recently been able to wear it. After just two wears, the stitching at a seam began to come undone. I contacted customer service and provided photos, however this was dismissed as a “cosmetic” issue.
I was also advised that I should have reported the issue after the first wear, despite the fault not being present at that time. In addition, because the item was purchased in November 2025 and not reported earlier, they would not offer a repair, replacement or refund — despite the minimal wear and the fact it had only just come into season for use.
In addition, I’ve found sizing to be inconsistent across purchases. I ordered two tops in the same size (the Daisy Organic Cotton Blouse) which fit very differently, and a separate size 10 top that was significantly larger than a 10 at the back neck line, as it drooped down and inwards in the middle.
Given the price point, I expected better consistency in both product quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Nomad the Label again.
Just be aware that if you buy on 'offer days' ie Boxing Day sale, you can't return the goods for a refund. All you can get is a credit or exchange with the on line portal . Its not very obvious when you first go on the site, and Im now stuck with a gift card and nothing that I want to buy. So check the 'Returns Policy' before you buy.
Impossible to return items despite many emails to & fro. No progress.

Genuine company and true to what they show and what they say. The fabric, style and feel of the clothes are beautiful - I have purchased a number of items, my favorite being the Sadhu pants. I recently had an issue with the fabrics fraying on their Marrakech pants and received an email response within 12 hour and the cost refunded into my account within 24-36 hours. Would absolutely shop here again, and probably will!
Had a great experience with this company. I bought two shrugs and a belt. The quality is excellent and I would buy from them again.
The clothing is very nice. Ordered a shirt in medium and it came as a size 12 which is definitely not medium and definitely too large. It's $10 to exchange it and they no longer have a size 10 so, IM out over $100. Maybe I can have it tailored.
I’ve purchased 2 orders from this company based in Australia. Shipping to Canada took a couple of weeks and the clothes are as shown on the website. Great quality linen, sizing for North America is true to size. Bonus- they package each piece in a cute reusable linen bag! I will buy from them again!
